Technical Adviser: I work for Allied Irish Bank, as part of First Data Incorporation Merchant services. My duties are to answer any queries regarding the merchants account, and investigate any issues on their behalf. I am also 2nd line support to all merchants for when they have any issues with their PDQ terminals, which we rent them. The service we provide in 2nd line support is terminal breakdowns, terminal collection/delivery, engineer requests and queries.  We dealt with all the merchants’ contracts and reconciliations queries including, chargeback’s, complaints, rate and fee reviews and statements.
