    o	Led all IT activities for the implementation of RedPrairie DLx WMS for a 600,000 sq ft startup DC.
    o	Led the upgrade of RedPrairie/JDA and conversion to a hosted instance for a 550,000 sq ft DC

Conducted cost / benefit analysis to ensure all enhancements to business processes were supported by cost-effective technical processes.  Developed and managed a combined CapEx & OpEx budget totaling $10M.

•	Led a team of 15 associates in project management, systems analysis, production support and release management for all Supply Chain IT functions, applications (iSeries based) and infrastructure, for a multi-site / multi-channel DC network.
•	Managed the SDLC for all systems enhancements and distribution center application changes to ensure proper resource allocation and goal attainment across the project portfolio.
•	Designed & implemented an IT support model, utilizing global resources, to facilitate the transition to a 6x21 operation.
