I was responsible for the transformation of an existing IT department into an enterprise class service organization.  This included implementation of company wide processes, procedures, tools and training to align with industry best practice and allow for rapid company scaling.  I created a Program Management Office to facilitate both long term strategic initiatives and the successful tactical execution of immediate projects.  I instituted a balanced scorecard strategy and process.

FedEx Supply Chain

I held positions of progressive responsibility at FedEx Supply Chain (previously ATCLE and GENCO). I was the IT Manager overseeing the development and sustainment departments before I assumed responsibility in December of 2010 for all strategic initiatives for IT.  In this role I partnered with all department heads as well as senior management to identify and clarify a business’s development needs and objectives.  I led the design, development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance service, increase customer satisfaction, improve operations and reduce cost.  These responsibilities included identifying enterprise-wide issues, quantifying impacts, developing improvement strategies, implementing integrated solutions, managing transformation and delivering results to executives.

ConAgra Foods

As a WMS consultant I provided ConAgra with technical training and leadership during the migration of support services for RedPrairie WMS from remote to corporate offices.  I provided 24/7 level 2 support for 14 facilities across the United States while training new staff to man a new office.

Bacou-Dalloz

At Bacou-Dalloz (now Honeywell) I provided technical guidance and direction during the build out of a new centralized distribution facility.  This included oversight of the facilities technical infrastructure and the implementation of the warehouse management system.  I was responsible for the technical strategy and the day to day operations of the IT department in the facility.

While at EDS, I held numerous positions of increasing responsibility.  First hired as a temporary floor worker in the distribution center I also held the positions of line operator, shift lead and eventually business analyst.  It was in this role that I was responsible for tier one support of a large WMS installation, custom development and numerous RedPrairie implementations.
