I was responsible for managing referred DOC clients, scheduling their assessments, completing their assessments, placing them in IOP or OP and running those groups.  This required monthly updates to Probation Officers and continual communication with the head of DOC.

As Lead Clinician when the doors opened in November 2020, I managed the clinical aspect of the business with the Clinical Director who oversaw my work.  I was responsible for writing the curriculum for group therapy M-Th as well facilitating those groups.  I was also responsible for each client's individual therapy weekly and all clinical documentation required for insurance.  I played an integral role in building out the program and ensuring its execution, resulting in business success.
