Genuine LinkedIn Thought Leaders are rare …

But that provides a great opportunity for you to be one! 

We have helped thousands of entrepreneurs to grow & monetize on LinkedIn. 

And, if I had to pick 1 factor which always determines their personal brand awareness and revenue growth, it would = Becoming a LinkedIn Thought Leader! 

That DOES NOT mean: 
- Just sharing what *others* have said 
- Talking about the perceived failings of *others* all the time
- Rehashing viral TikTok videos from *others*

It DOES mean: 
- Adding value with innovative solutions to “pain points”
- Becoming the number 1 go-to authority in your market
- Creating mind association in the brain of target audience

In other words, don’t aim to make extra profit via LinkedIn—but rather have a daily mission to cement yourself as a LinkedIn Thought Leader. 

The extra profit will then come as a *by-product* of that strong Personal Brand Awareness. At that point, you don’t need to pitch anyone in the DMs, because your inbox will fill up with inbound enquiries. Trust me (it worked for me).

“The hiring system is broken!” 

We hear this so often with job candidates who are not where they wish to be. 

But this is very disempowering to them. The route of personal responsibility is much healthier! 

If you don’t land the dream job targeted: 

-Either the hiring system is against you 
-Or you needed to submit a better application 

You should hope that it is the latter—because you can actually do something about that (unlike the former). 

Don’t get me wrong … Clearly, the hiring system can ALWAYS improve—but it is the same for everyone—and someone has to land the perfect new role. 

Believing that you have the power to change your own circumstances is very liberating—so don’t let others make you feel like a victim to them! 

In truth, we review thousands of CVs and Resumes from those who claim to have not been hired because the “hiring system is broken”. 

After 30 seconds of reading their application materials, we can see that it is simply an excuse—because their CV or Resume is not up to scratch. 

Don’t be a victim in your career. Be a *VICTOR* instead! 🏆
