My first job was bussing tables at my dad’s restaurant, where I learned something that still shapes how I lead today: it’s not just the product that keeps people coming back, it’s the experience.

That idea is at the core of how I approach growth. Whether it’s a restaurant or a B2B company, sustainable growth comes from creating experiences that customers care about, understand, and want to return to. In practice, that means combining clear positioning, disciplined targeting, customer insight, and a willingness to experiment, all grounded in data and accountability, to build programs that drive pipeline, improve retention, and support long-term growth.

I’ve built and led marketing and growth teams across enterprise, mid-market, and startup environments, helping companies move from reactive execution to focused, predictable growth. Along the way I’ve rebranded companies, built revenue engines, scaled teams, and helped leadership teams clarify how they show up in the market.

Most recently, I led marketing at PathFactory, where I oversaw the merger with Uberflip — unifying messaging, content, and teams to position the business for its next phase of growth. Before that, I’ve held senior leadership roles at HYCU, Alyce, Avid Technology, Iron Mountain, and EMC.

In addition to my operating roles, I advise B2B startups and mid-size companies on how to simplify their strategy, find their edge, and build growth programs that connect clearly to revenue.

•	Managed key stakeholders globally to scope and plan multi-million dollar integrated marketing campaign.
•	Initiated and led risk management assessment that resulted in an 8% savings of the marketing budget.
•	Liaison between internal and external customers ensuring quality of services, overall customer satisfaction, and account growth.
•	Executed drip marketing campaign to support corporate nurturing strategy. 
•	Created and implemented communication plans to manage and ensure high satisfaction of stakeholders' expectations; including senior executives, customers, outside consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.
•	Managed cross-functional teams of stakeholders from sales, product marketing, and corporate communications groups to develop event strategy and execute projects.
•	Utilized Marketo as major marketing tool for execution, communication and analysis.

Communications Marketing Manager

•	Successfully executed projects for the Canadian Government valued at $19M for product design and manufacture, installation, and training within budget and project schedule. We also worked with Bank of America.
•	Responsible for daily operations including facilities management, creating purchase orders, maintaining inventory database, and overseeing accounts payable.
•	Collaborated with counterparts in APC’s California facility, to optimize business processes which resulted in higher customer satisfaction survey scores by over 30%.
•	Performed on-going and post-project analysis for customers and team to further identify areas of improvement.

Project Coordinator

PANARO DYNAMICS & PROMOCOASTER

•	With Panaro Dynamics, researched ﬁxed price contracts versus time and materials contracts to identify best pricing strategy for the U.S. Department of Defense.
•	Conducted research and provided marketing assistance to a local academy in need of a curriculum upgrade.  This resulted in more than 40% revenue growth.
•	As part of the PromoCoaster start-up team, launched an innovative concept for using beverage coasters for direct response marketing, resulting in an order for 150,000 coasters from an indoor arena football league team (Philadelphia Soul).
•	Added over 50 new accounts through targeted bar and restaurant sales strategy.

•	Built relationships which resulted in acquiring 20 new customers for over $350,000 in annual sales during the ﬁrst year - Ranked #1 in sales organization. We worked with a number of clients including Liberty Mutual, Amica Insurance, and Andover Insurance Company.
•	Implemented a structured marketing and sales program.
•	Identiﬁed potential customers, trade organizations, conferences, expositions and events to reach decision makers including C-level executives.
•	Coached new sales representatives to make calls, write sales reports, and understand the insurance business.
