Funnel Marketing Team Lead

As the Growth Strategist behind Mindvalley's VSL funnel, I played a pivotal role in scaling revenue to $35M per year through Video Sales Letter campaigns. Leveraging my know-how in systems building, I've transformed how we produce and iterate on winning VSLs to sustain performance.

Here's how I made an impact:

- Oversaw the entire process of Mindvalley's Video Sales Letter campaigns, contributing to $35M per year in revenue through direct response marketing strategies.
- Enhanced Average Order Value (AOV) by implementing refined conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques across Video Sales Letter funnels.
- Build a production, testing and tracking system that allowed us to test over 1000 video variations to find winning ads
- Pioneered funnel innovations and conducted insightful customer research, applying lessons from Mindvalley's growth to further successes.

Video Marketing Specialist | Direct Response Marketing

- Responsible for +1.7M dollars revenue in German Market per year.
- Increased subscription rate for our German funnels by 64% QOQ through strategic marketing initiatives
- Successfully managed the migration of 90+ funnels to a new platform in 5 languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian and Russian
- Defining the marketing psychology, hooks and paradigm shifts for the product and ensuring that the entire product is in alignment with the overall Marketing Strategy and Mindvalley’s branding. 
- Creation of customer avatars for cold audience.
- Synergy with Ads Team and responsible to oversee marketing strategy on different channels (Youtube, Instagram, Organic, Affiliates, Telegram)

Product Marketing Specialist

As the key sales innovator at a thriving 7-figure digital agency, I completely revamped the offer and go-to-market strategy, turning us into a powerhouse in Northern Italy's digital tourism space. 
My unique blend of system design, sales leadership, and strategic thinking quadrupled client intake in under 2 years while increasing headcount by only 15%. 
This success allowed for expansion, opening new offices in Barcelona and Stockholm, even amid the challenges of 2020.

Here's what I did to drive this transformation:

- Leading the implementation of Hubspot CRM/Sales/Marketing Hub in a 7-figure digital agency
- Designed and implemented a new remote, data-driven sales system that increased deal flow by 200% after 2 months of implementation 
- Established the agencies inbound marketing strategy and content production
- Implemented email workflows and task automation for sales and marketing based on actual experience in the field 
- Co-developed a new subscription based monthly-pay model including tier and pricing strategies to overcome buying hurdles during Summer 2020 (COVID period)

My first job was not only a crash course in logistics and heavy lifting but also a profound education in hard work. 

Yes, I was a one-man beer brigade, delivering precious payloads of beer to pubs.

Here's what I mastered:

- Driving like a Pro: From trucks to forklifts, if it had wheels, I was wheeling it.
- Kegology 101: Ever wrestle with a 70kg beer keg? Let's just say I'm undefeated.
- Pipe cleaning: Literally, I cleaned beer pipes and learned how restaurant cooling systems worked.
- Brew Detective: Mastered the art of knowing when to order from the bottle or keg - a skill vital in both business and leisure!
- 14-Hour Power Shifts: This was not your 9-to-5 gig. It was more like a 5-to-5 gig, but who's counting?

Looking back, I see that this experience taught me more than just how to hydrate the masses. 
It was a lesson in hard work, determination, and, of course, proper forklift form. Cheers to those early days!
