•	Business Development: Lead ecosystem for Blackbaud’s K-12 partner network.  

•	Partner Go-to-Market Strategy: Designed and executed go-to-market strategy for Blackbaud K-12 partners in North America.  Notably improved partner exposure to customer base.  

•	Corporate Leadership: Member of Executive Committee for Blackbaud K-12.  Reports directly to President of Blackbaud K-12.  

•	Alliance Management: Spearheaded strategic plan to migrate legacy partners to a new program model.  Retained 100% of legacy partners. 

•	Social Media Expertise: Hosts Blackbaud K-12's Get Connected Podcast. Produced more than 45 episodes focused on private school enrollment and marketing. 

•	Thought Leader: Presented on a range of enrollment and marketing concepts at numerous education conferences including NAIS, The Enrollment Management Association, CASE/NAIS, Canadian Association of Independent Schools, The Strategic Marketing and Advancement Institute, and many state and regional association events.

•	Non-Profit Leadership: Serves as a trustee for Wolfeboro, The Summer Boarding School. An original Executive Committee member of TABS’ North American Boarding School Initiative.

K-12 Partner Program Manager

•	Product Expert: Designed, developed, and executed product webinars series to showcase the value of Blackbaud “ON” Products. 

•	Sales Support: Worked with Sales Associates on more complex opportunities to educate prospects on value proposition of Blackbaud K-12 solutions. Served as product expert to help schools imagine how to position products to connect the whole school and earn community buy in.  Proven track record of increasing close rate due to deep industry contacts and subject matter expertise.  

•	Leadership: Recruited, developed, and managed an external team of 8 thought leaders to identify, create and promote signature pieces of content and campaigns to support Blackbaud K-12 inbound marketing strategy.

•	Conference Planning: Developed thought leadership track for Blackbaud K-12’s annual user conference. Conference attendance grew 100% from 2014 to 2017.

•	Sales Enablement: Created marketing toolkits for sales to use as they managed prospects through the sales process.

WhippleHill Inc. (acquired by Blackbaud in 2014) provided cloud-based software for private schools. It offered four core products: enrollment management, content management, learning management, and student information.  Acquired by Blackbaud in June 2014.  

•	Inbound Marketing Strategy Development: Created and executed corporate inbound marketing strategy for WhippleHill.  

•	Team Management: Managed a diverse team 15-20 contributors who created content to support company’s position as a market leader, improve brand messaging, enhance product differentiation, and expand the company’s marketing reach.

•	Video Strategist: Developed cutting edge, forward-thinking video strategy to amplify and support WhippleHill’s brand position and the launch of the “ON” Products.  

•	Thought Leader: Traveled the country representing WhippleHill delivering thought leadership presentations designed to educate the market and establish WhippleHill’s brand as a market leader. Presented at numerous conferences including NAIS, The Enrollment Management Association, CASE/NAIS, and many state and regional events.

•	Association Work: Developed relationships with school associations across the U.S. to deliver programming for their members. Created workshops on marketing, flipped teaching and blended learning, and enrollment.

•	Founding Leadership: Co-founded edSocialMedia, the destination for private schools exploring the role of social media in education. 

•	Educational Programming: Developed a program portfolio of hands-on bootcamps and social media conferences to facilitate discussion about social media amongst contributors, practitioners, and explorers.  2,500+ people have attended edSocialMedia’s hands-on social media bootcamps. 

•	Social Media Thought Leadership: Hosted two Social Media Summits (Boston & San Francisco). Speakers included industry experts like Rand Fishkin (Founder, MOZ), Joanna Lord (CMO, ClassPass), Chris Savage (CEO, Wistia) among others.

•	Contributor Management: Managed 40+ distinguished contributors who wrote blog content for edSocialMedia.  Generated close to 10,000 visitors a month.

AdmissionsQuest provides an online resource for schools & families to connect via a range of social media inspired tools. Families can keep up-to-date on the latest independent school happenings via AdmissionsQuest's school profiles, Boarding School Blog, Boarding School Podcast & Videocast, Campus Video tours and a vast library of admission articles.

•	Founding Leadership: Founded AdmissionsQuest, an online resource dedicated to providing clear, timely, unbiased information to families working through the boarding school admission process.

•	Product Development: Developed and launched first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) online admission application platform developed specifically for private schools (2001). 

•	Inbound Marketing Strategy: Created and implemented a pioneering inbound marketing strategy generating more than 8MM page views since May 2007.

•	Content Leadership: Created and directed an editorial plan that produced a content library of more than 1,300 blog posts, 200 articles, 6 e-books, and 146 videos. Among the largest on the web.
