Techspardha(formerly Literati) is the annual Techno-Managerial festival of National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. Established in the year 1995 as Technospect with 9 events, the extravaganza transformed into Literati the following year attracting 10,000+ students from 150+ colleges around India.

Responsibilities 
•  Managed to attract sponsorships worth INR 1M+ during the course of the festival
• Organized 50+ workshops  during the festival addressing to the current technological innovations in the field of Robotics, AI and others
• Co-organized 5+ informal events  and managed a special Coke Studio Night managing - Raeth Band

Confluence, popularly known as Conflu is the Annual National Level Cultural Fest of National Institue of Technology Kurukshetra. Responsibilities: 
• Led a 3-tier team of 250+ volunteers for Confluence'15; INR 3MM+ budget; 60+events; 24,000+ footfall
• Initiated a dedicated social media outreach program; improved visibility by 1100% YoY basis to 1,50,000 FB hits daily
• Fetched sponsorship of INR 1.2 MM+ and created segregated online platforms for 20+ products and sponsors
• Co-organized 8+ ProShows and 70+ events; managed vendors and celebrities- Mustafe Zahid and Euphoria.
