Owned key features on the Mobile Checkout application that enabled Lowe's Associates to build a cart, tender a transaction, and send a e-receipt to Lowe's customers anywhere in the store using a mobile payment device. Partnered with Store Operations, Asset Protection, 3rd party vendors, and other associate mobility teams in order to ensure secure in-store payments, value to the Lowe's associates, and protection of Lowe's products against theft. Implemented a new method of story writing for the Associate Mobility Product Managers that lead to more detailed requirements, better defined story scope, and more concise quality analysis.

Contributed as a Product Owner on a software development team that built out a robust trade surveillance and commissions platform for one of our clients. Janna owned several key features of the application that simplified the way the client performed their day to day business activities. Additionally, performed quality analysis every sprint which included using SSMS to manipulate test data in order to verify complex commissions calculations, demoed the application to our client, and ran all agile cadences.
