I’m the CEO and Principal Consultant at DevSquad a boutique consulting firm that specializes in strategizing, designing, and developing digital products. (most SaaS Products). I’ve led the build of 100+ software products. This includes SaaS products for bootstrapper founders, VC-funded fast-growing startups, and big enterprises like ADP, Box, and the US ski team.

Most people don’t feel lost in their careers.
They feel trapped.

Trapped by unclear options.
Trapped by outdated advice.
Trapped inside systems that no longer reflect how the world of work actually functions.

I’ve spent the last decade studying those systems from the inside, across Fortune 500 organizations, hiring processes, and talent markets and teaching people how to move through them with clarity.

Today, my work is focused on Gen Z career development.

By 2030, Gen Z will represent nearly a third of the global workforce, yet many are entering it without a clear map. Degrees alone no longer translate cleanly into roles, job titles hide real skill requirements, and AI is reshaping entry-level hiring faster than most institutions can adapt.

The issue isn’t ambition.
It’s navigation.

I’m currently partnered with the leadership team at NextStep as a strategic go-to-market and growth partner, helping drive adoption of a modern career ecosystem designed to support Gen Z as they move from confusion to clarity, one intentional step at a time.

The focus is practical:
help students discover real opportunities, land internships, understand how hiring actually works, and get hired into meaningful roles upon graduation.

As an educator, I continue to teach, speak, and write about the principles behind effective career development and job search:

how people actually get hired

how skills translate across roles and industries

how to think beyond majors and job titles

how to stay adaptable in a workforce where careers will change multiple times

At the core of everything I share is one belief:

Careers don’t stall because people aren’t capable.
They stall because people don’t know their next move.
