As National Account Executive, my focus is on Top Hat's Content solution, which empowers professors and departments to give their courses a revolutionary new model for adopting, customizing, creating and sharing course content.

I am responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating both the current customer base, and develop new customers in the region. As well, work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry a quota for Content product sales.

A hybrid role in a pilot team that combines renewals and new business in Key Enterprise accounts across North America. Responsible for three accounts and $691,153 in revenue. I worked directly with one institution who has partnered with Top Hat to build trust in the relationship, and grow the accounts exponentially. Working with enterprise contacts and experimenting with larger scale department deals to acquire customers and retain them was the goal of this role. This is a full cycle role, including prospecting, closing new business and renewing customers after the first use.

This role includes owning the full sales cycle, selling into Universities and Colleges across North America on the Sales team. I was responsible for driving revenue by selling Top Hat's Engagement platform by owning a territory of higher education institutions. Typical responsibilities included booking meetings, running virtual and on-campus meetings/demonstrations and following up to close new business. Growing the campus user base through lead generation, referrals, and establishing/maintaining relationships with customers.
