As Director Financial Services DACH at IDnow, Philipp Angermann is responsible for expanding customer relationships in the German-speaking financial sector. This includes banks, fintechs, and crypto platforms, as well as foreign financial service providers looking to enter the DACH region. 

Prior to IDnow, Philipp worked as a product manager and consultant for various fintech startups, as well as regulated financial service providers in the field of banking and payments. 
Having worked with regulated financial institutions in Germany, Luxembourg and Lithuania, he is familiar with European regulatory and money laundering legislation, which has equipped him with a deep understanding of the requirements of IDnow’s customers.

Besides his work at IDnow, he is an enthusiastic investor in early-stage fintech and SaaS startups through his personal holding PA Ventures GmbH.
