With Sophiadesigns, I developed web-based software for small and medium-sized businesses, advised on opportunities and risks of doing business on the web, and hosted websites. Until 2009 we developed and sold sophiadesigns/cms in the SaaS model.

I was involved in building Salonmeister, now Treatwell.

Salonmeister develops web-based salon management software and distributes it in a SaaS model. Supported by T-Ventures and other VCs based in Germany.

With Sophiadesigns, I had developed and operated the web-based booking and appointment management software, and then helped resource technical expertise when Salonmeister started building its own technical team after funding.

Initially recruited as Head of B2B Distribution Sales & Channel Marketing - was promoted to Head of IT Channel Sales in 2014 and to Head of Commercial Operations in 2016. Since 2019 I am focusing on developing the Go-to Market for the education segment directing a team of managers.  Areas of responsibility include:
Training and empowering direct reports to excel, monitoring against agreed objectives and targets 
Managing relationships with global partners, fostering productive interfaces, joint ventures and other synergies
Developing strategy for various tech offerings, researching target audience, evolving a marketing plan, and sales strategy - mapping problems, solutions and potential partners

Some recent achievements in my current position are as follows:
•	Developed Go to Market strategy for new product for the Education sector - Samsung Neues Lernen – customising digitalised solutions for the classroom 
•	Recruiting and coaching a sales team to overachieve targets 
•	Set up of an inbound/outbound  demand generation strategy, aligning sales and marketing 
•	Managed end-to-end development and launch of a partner certification program - Samsung Knox Academy
•	Set up a new partner management structure, increasing value and volume with focus.
Throughout these projects I create, monitor and review the existing divisional processes improving or re-engineering as appropriate – i.e. in the fields of forecasting, business development, demand generation and optimal ways of interfacing with existing structures
Other earlier accomplishments in previous positions within Samsung include:
•	Head of Channel Sales, I opened B2B retail as sales channel for hardware and solutions, leading all sales activities into open market accounts across Germany including system houses, distribution and resellers
•	As Head of B2B Distribution Sales and Channel Marketing, I developed and implemented growth strategies for an unmanaged reseller community

I was promoted over 5 years to Country Lead  as a result of a number of successfully completed change management and business transformation projects - carrying revenue responsibility of > $20M per annum. During this time, I formed productive relationships with carriers, enterprise and distribution partners in Switzerland and Austria and led a project to develop a major public sector initiative in Russia - business case evaluation, team and partner negotiations and implementation.  
Another highlight was managing the transition from a device company to a software and solution provider, developing and implementing training programmes on new platform BES
I served as member of the German management team, reporting to the Managing Director Germany, responsible for carriers and MVNO partners (O2, E-plus, Mobilcom, Debitel) and distribution channels.
In previous other portfolios I oversaw open market retail for the complete device range including accessories, software and technical support and drove a brand campaign resulting in a 2% market share increase while building the structured distribution business as a key area nationally.
Other highlights included:
	Redesigning strategic and budget planning, aligning objectives - significantly improving accuracy of forecasting and optimising stock holdings
	Developing and implementing the first 360° marketing campaign with customers, while quadrupling sales.
