With Sophiadesigns, I developed web-based software for small and medium-sized businesses, advised on opportunities and risks of doing business on the web, and hosted websites. Until 2009 we developed and sold sophiadesigns/cms in the SaaS model.

I was involved in building Salonmeister, now Treatwell.

Salonmeister develops web-based salon management software and distributes it in a SaaS model. Supported by T-Ventures and other VCs based in Germany.

With Sophiadesigns, I had developed and operated the web-based booking and appointment management software, and then helped resource technical expertise when Salonmeister started building its own technical team after funding.

In this position, my responsibilities are:

- developing strategies for promoting businesses on TikTok with the help of short videos: competitor analysis, target audience analysis, positioning, brand voice, and planning content formats that will help us achieve the result;
- control of the content creation process: from script to shooting, editing and publishing;
- managing a team of 4 people;
- managing 1 project as a manager: writing scripts, controlling the filming process, controlling editing;
- communication with the team and clients;
- analysis of the results and setting tasks for the team based on it;
- strategic work planning and improvement of the team's workflow.

- writing scripts for TikTok videos;
- development of a unique, meaningful, and step-by-step strategy for promoting a business/personal brand on TikTok;

The short videos created by me and my team regularly gain 100.000+ and 1.000.000+ of views, which increases the recognition of businesses and, as a result, leads to sales of their services or products. It's worth noting that these videos have demonstrated results both on TikTok and on other platforms where it is possible to publish short videos (for example, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts).
