- Was placed in a project management role in the technical installation of ibethel.tv. 
- this involved overseeing all cabling, camera and audio feeds, and control room gear were operational.
By the end of my 3 years at Bethel I was focusing on producing teaching video series for Danny Silk, Paul Manwaring, and others. It was a growing process for all of us and we discovered areas that needed addressing and systems put in place. It was frustrating, challenging, and fun all at the same time! It also was a challenge and learning process for relational dynamics. It was good training for my next role as Executive Director at Shiloh Place Ministries.

As a lifelong learner, I am always exploring new areas and challenging myself to grow. While I used to see myself as a "Jack of all trades, master of none," I have since come to realize that I I have a wide skill set and am knowledgeable, versatile and adaptable.

I am excited to bring my skills and experience to the Salesforce ecosystem, where my ability to connect with people and lead or support in any situation will serve me well. I am passionate about learning in the Salesforce environment. Sometimes it’s a lot and reminds me of getting tumbled by a large wave and holding onto my surfboard leash to figure out which way is up.
