Hi - let me introduce myself. 

I am Phil - a Performance Coach working primarily with revenue leaders & salespeople. 

My mission is to decode Performance Psychology - and teach it to leaders, so they can get the most from their people. 

I worked in sales for 12 years, and have since built a successful coaching business, where I teach the fundamentals of Performance Psychology, and work with revenue leaders to build out high performing teams.

My ambition is to make coaching part of the culture of organisational life. Where people do jobs that are aligned to their core values, and to create environments where people grow personally & professionally EVERYDAY. 

I have studied human psychology & neuroscience as part of my coaching qualification - and adp[t 


I am trained in Performance Psychology, I also adopt many practices from the wellness space and eastern philosophy - which means my clients don't just get great results - they learn how to optimise mind+body, so they reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and generally feel great.

With a broad reach across various networks both in the UK and internationally, CTVC's projects span across multiple platforms including television, radio, education, and online. Their work aims to engage and inform audiences, and to stimulate critical thinking and meaningful discussion around complex issues.

Responsibilities in my role as Office Manager and Personal Assistant role were divided into two parts: 
Overseeing the upkeep of the office, which encompassed managing the inventory and distribution of office supplies and equipment, as well as coordinating the delivery and organization of production equipment. Also, collaboration with other departments and personnel including external, professional relationships with electricians, plumbers, and cleaners to ensure the smooth running of the office and timely resolution of any faults or issues to maintain the well-being of the CTVC environment.

The management of scheduling and coordination of meetings, ensuring both internal and external parties were advised of all details relevant to their activities. Additionally reviewed and revised any written documentation produced by the CEO, prioritizing language use and presentation. Quick problem-solving skills were essential to maintain consistency and minimize interruptions to my employer's workflow, executing with a high standard of work.

Office Manager and Personal Assistant to CEO and Head of Finance

Merchant Taylors' Hall

The Merchant Taylors’ Company is one of the top 12 Livery Company located in the City of London whose members are dedicated to education, fraternity, and philanthropy. From education, philanthropic duties, and charity work to outstanding fashion shows and wedding events, Merchant Taylor proudly represents part of London's history and status in its halls and members. 

Although this position was temporary, it provided me with invaluable experience and greatly enhanced my professional demeanor through exposure to the diverse experiences at Merchant Taylors. My responsibilities included:

Excelling in logistical tasks for the annual event organized for court members and guests of the livery company. This entailed assisting in the organization of the Annual Golden Sheers Fashion Show, as well as extending greetings and warm welcomes during the Annual Golden Sheers Fashion Show. The event showcased exceptional formal wear, including suits and coats, created by students supported by the Livery company. 

Actively engaging in administrative duties for the Surveyor, which involved overseeing crucial property equipment related to Company properties. My attention to detail proved advantageous in efficiently handling the workload and gaining a deeper understanding of the company's history and objectives.

Demonstrating proficient management of daily communication and service-related tasks, including the sending and receiving of correspondence for the hall. This achievement was both personal and professional, as it allowed me to leverage my previous sales and communication skills to establish connections with members of the company while maintaining high administrative standards.

Capital Events Marketing

Capital Events Marketing is a marketing company that focuses on event-based promotions, specializing in creating immersive experiences for clients' products. As a member of the Capital Events Marketing team, I played a pivotal role as the intermediary, physically showcasing clients' brands to prospective customers through captivating product demonstrations at high-traffic events.

Within the role, I utilized B2C in-person sales interactions for Shell Energy, including Impulse Factors and the Art of Persuasion, to successfully achieved positive outcomes. This was a daily study and practice alongside my team before starting our working day.

Consistently monitored independent sales gauges through daily and weekly performance whilst leveraging each team member's strengths and expertise, to drive success as one team. Sharing best practices with one another and providing encouragement on a daily basis was also key.

Event and Sales Assistant

Britannia School of English

Britannia is an English Institution that provides the ability to learn English as a foreign language to pupils of all ages and proficiency. Their goal is to extend a helping hand to the citizens of Ecuador in their search for opportunity (whether it is a traveling purpose, working advantage or just a fun skill to learn).

I proudly became a part time English Teacher and International representative in Britannia for majority working hours available, where responsibilities included:

An awarding opportunity to teach English as a foreign language using the Cambridge system, ranging from young children to teenagers and adults, participating in the essential development of cultured education. 

Built meaningful bonds with each student to earn their trust and identify their strengths, weaknesses and motivations as well as help build their self confidence. 

Taught extra curriculums for children and teenagers to use outside academic workbooks, including learning song lyrics, different animals, movements, and question and answer structures for day-to-day conversation. 

Also taught extra curriculums for adults to use in crucial life scenarios, including international cultures, verbal manners, and more.

Around the summer of 2018, I made the decision to attend my graduation ceremony in London and to actively pursue a career for greater, personal development, and had left Britannia.

English Second Language Teacher

La Aldea Resto-Bar

La Aldea is a rustic Restaurant and Bar located in the Andean Highlands of Ecuador called Riobamba. It's aim is to provide affordable food and beverages with a countryside experience for all, including families, students and tourists visiting. It's main goal is to creatively impact people's lives through the simplicity of their environment. 

After building a strong professional relationship with the owners of La Aldea (due to freelancing work as a Graphic Designer), the opportunity of being a temporary Assistant Manager arose. The responsibilities included: 

Assisting the manager with necessary tasks such as resolving customer issues to obtain the best customer satisfaction, organizing employee schedules, and ensuring the maintenance is kept up to restaurant health and safety standards. This allowed me to become a leader and represent myself as a "quality over quantity" staff member, making myself an asset to La Aldea. 

Being the "friendly face" of the Rest bar, handling any complaints as well as positive feedback for the business from the use of interpersonal skills. This caught me with great customer service skills that enabled me to be patient, think rationally, and maintain professionalism whilst dealing with all types of customers.

Assistant Manager

La Aldea Restaurant and Bar

To kickstart my independence from education, I decided to take the risk of becoming a freelancer, specializing in Graphic Design with the knowledge I previously gained from A Level education and personal practice. My main client was a new starting business called La Aldea.

La Aldea is a Restaurant and Bar, where it's aim was to provide affordable food and beverages with a countryside experience for all whilst hitting it's breakeven goal in a steady pace. I worked alongside the manager to create their business logo. 

Responsibilities included:

Detecting crucial external factors to take into consideration when concentrating on logo construction alongside managers including their target audience, location, and environment. By being detail orientated and analytic,  I took sustainability into account in order to represent the city's scenery and help the company become one of the first environmentally-friendly restaurants around the area. 

Photography skills are used to illustrate fundamental layout as well as provide a wider range of innovative designs to portray the business theme. The use of different ranges and styles opened my creative capabilities and essentially helped me break out of my comfort zone to create a logo with purpose and meaning.

Worked accordingly with managers of the business through the combination of teamwork, communication and exchange of ideas between the designer and the customers. The importance of effective communication as well as an open minded approach to take directions from my client was essential for the execution of the logo and menu design.
