E-commerce is not our only focus. We also undertake projects supporting offline sales for pharmaceutical, financial, and automotive companies, as well as B2B projects.

Hi, I'm Steen, and I'm a digital fixer.

I solve the simple, complex, messy problems that kill commercial momentum. The ones where you've tried everything, burned through consultants, and still aren't getting the results you need. 

I co-founded IIH Nordic and spent two decades in the trenches of digital analytics and data-driven business. Now I work independently, which means I only get called when internal teams have hit a wall. 

And that's exactly where I do my best work. You know that technical implementation that's been stuck for six months? The SaaS vendor that won't cooperate? The campaign tracking mess that nobody wants to own? 

That's where I come in.

And the main KPI is “time to fixed”. 

And if I can’t fix it myself, then I most likely know someone who can.

Resolving issues and opportunities in the trinity of agency, vendor and clients 
People, process and technology issues
Getting more out of the marketing budget
implementations gone sideways

Yes, you are a data storyteller too… 

And it’s your responsibility to the story the right way.

You actually tell data stories all the time, but we often forget because we think we are just “sharing some numbers”. 🤔

But data stories do not require long elaborate presentations on complicated data sets, it’s really about connecting data points through a story line. 

An approach I have shared over the years is this delivery framework which doesn’t necessarily requires a lot of technology, but it does require a lot of serious thinking. .

- Whats “the number”?
- Did it change from what we expected?
- Why did it change?
- What was the commercial impacts of this change?
- How do we expect it to change in the future if we do nothing?
- What are we doing to influence this change?
- What will be the impact of this change?

By changing the story telling in this direction we accept that “the number” is something that is under our influence, if not complete control.
