I would like to think that people will remember me as a nice bloke, who did nice things.

And those nice things are:

- Talking. Think Radio, TV, Events, Podcasts, Lecturing, etc.
- Charity. No one has ever become poor from giving.
- Birmingham. I'm proud to consistently champion this city.

And those nice things were:

- Marketing. Web, digital, social media.
- Law. I genuinely still can't believe that I was an actual lawyer.
- Consultancy. Non-Exec. Board Member. Advisor.

And I've done a lot more bits and bobs.

My main focus currently is:

Radio and broadcasting with the BBC.
Hosting and public speaking through my own business.
And charity (which will always be voluntary).

Think Share Create LTD was born out of a question:

“What if we could get people together
in the same space (virtual or physical) to talk about ideas?”

We realised that, if such a space could be created, the outcome was inevitable. People would start collaborating and new projects would be born or existing projects enhanced.

eCoach Ltd is the home of  the "Inner Game eCoach" which has been designed by two of the world’s leading coaches and is currently being deployed in one of the world’s largest banks. 

The aim of IGeC is to bring the benefits of leading edge performance coaching to mass audiences at low cost through a web interface. It brings together years of experience and know how based around Timothy Gallwey’s iconic “Inner Game” thinking, Myles Downey’s work on “Effective Coaching,” and the latest thinking and understanding from psychology, neuroscience and business practice.

The eCoaching system can be configured in a variety of way to address specific needs and aims.  Currently under development are

Once the ITA opened I was responsible for the pastoral studies and work experience of students. I delivered lecture series in homiletics, ethics and church history.

I also work with leadership teams creating bespoke programs that get people working on live issues as they develop as leaders. The way people lead and manage in your business is the single biggest factor influencing people’s experience of working in your business. Of course, people’s experience of work is complex and there is not a one size fits all for building a great employee experience. I work with owners and leaders with responsibility for HR to support them to identify the actions that will build and maintain a great employee experience.
