Backed by more than 40 years of experience in the infusion industry, I founded Expert Infusion Nurse Consulting to advance excellence in infusion and mentor other infusion professionals. My certifications include CRNI, IgCN, OCN, and VA-BC, and I have an immersive background in home infusion and ambulatory infusion in the fields of acute and chronic care, including oncology nursing.

I am passionate about building quality infusion nursing programs and ambulatory infusion centers, providing clinical guidance and legal services, and supporting patient advocacy and safety. I help infusion providers overcome the challenges that can affect patient care, quality, and satisfaction. My mission is to share my infusion expertise and strategy with as many infusion team members as possible through my outreach.

•	Consultation and Support: Provide consultation and support to supervisors, managers, and executive leadership regarding the correct application of company policy, performance management, discipline, and coaching. Assist department managers in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. 
•	Compliance: Protect the interests of both the employees and the company in accordance with policies, governmental laws, and regulations. Ensure all federal, state, and local laws, and corporate HR-related compliance matters are proactively managed, including but not limited to ADA, EEO, and FMLA programs. 
•	Talent Acquisition: Interview candidates with hiring manager(s) to provide input and guidance in the talent selection process. Manage new recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.

•	Training and Development: Create training programs and ensure employees are in compliance with training requirements.
•	Continuous Learning: Maintain human resource knowledge with state and federal law by attending webinars, seminars, and conferences. Maintain confidentiality of all personnel issues and information

• Serve as liaison to senior leaders on all HR-related matters and deliver guidance that aligns with local/state/federal laws to protect the company and employees
• Provide leadership and support to employees and managers on all issues including conflict resolution, coaching and the delivery of improved performance, serving as an objective voice to help determine the best course of action in each individual situation
• Manage HR department members regarding legal compliance, employee relations, company benefit programs, payroll and the onboarding of new hires
• Actively participate as a core member of the company COVID-19 Task Force team to guide Paragon and employees through the legal and ethical complexities of a global pandemic

•	Resolved payment and invoice issues between the company, its’ clients and vendors to ensure properly balanced budgets
•	Trained consultants on company and client guidelines in addition to proper database entry procedures

•	Sourced Information Technology analysts, architects, developers, programmers and project management candidates according to client requirements using a variety of methods comprising of an internal candidate database, job boards, cold calling, network referrals, industry networking, direct sourcing and social networks
•	Screened resumes and evaluated applicants through phone and face-to-face interviews to reveal relevant job skills, work history, education, training and compensation conditions

Recruiting Executive

Starbucks Coffee Company

•	Partnered with real estate and design teams, construction managers, general contractors and vendors to successfully complete new store build-outs and existing store renovations
•	Developed project flow chart to accurately track renovation projects from the time plans were received to the time the projects were financially closed resulting in a drop of a six-month project completion timeframe to ninety days
•	Managed multiple projects and databases including data input, file management and report generation to ensure the timely completion of projects

•	Provided advanced, confidential support and project coordination for Human Resources Director and team of recruiters, generalists, managers and field operators producing an efficient, cohesive team
