Backed by more than 40 years of experience in the infusion industry, I founded Expert Infusion Nurse Consulting to mentor other infusion professionals and provide guidance to new or evolving infusion businesses. My certifications include CRNI, IgCN, OCN, and VA-BC, and I have an immersive background in home infusion and ambulatory infusion in the fields of acute and chronic care, including oncology nursing.

I am passionate about building quality infusion nursing programs and ambulatory infusion centers, providing clinical guidance and legal services, and supporting patient advocacy and safety. I help infusion providers overcome the challenges that can affect patient care, quality, and satisfaction. My mission is to share my infusion expertise and strategy with as many infusion team members as possible through my outreach.

Humbled by the trust placed in me in 2025, I am heading into the third year with Expert Infusion Nurse Consulting, LLC on a quest to  elevate clinical practice, create sustainable, patient-centered infusion care, and connecting you with the services or people that meet your needs.

I'm most excited about my potential to impact organizations as they streamline operations, navigate the labyrinth which is multi-state nursing operations, guide infusion providers through the process of accreditation, or simply discovering where your pain points are.

2025 was a busy year for me, but also fulfilling in so many ways that I didn't foresee.  

Helping patients access skilled infusion services was my primary goal when launching Expert Infusion Nurse Consulting, LLC. The relationships formed while carrying out these projects have fueled my mission for further outreach.

I made countless new connections simply by referring contacts to my trusted network for projects outside my realm.

It only makes sense that receiving cancer treatment close to home decreases financial burden on patients.  The other benefit, which cannot be overstated, is time toxicity.  Well-being for the entire family is bolstered when care is delivered close to home.

I'm headed to snowy central Wisconsin today in support of a rural hospital oncology infusion clinic.  Leadership at Reedsburg Area Medical Center believes in investing in their staff and facility to provide the best in cancer care, and I am honored to contribute to their project.
