My role as Managing Consultant within the Public Security domain is challenging and exciting, I'm responsible and capable of generating my own work with a substantial business volume.

My key expertise is organization science, project management and process improvement. In the Public Security domain I held several roles varying from intelligence analyst consultant and project manager.

The Office for Security and Counter-Terrorism (OSCT) is an executive directorate of the Home Office responsible for leading the work on counter-terrorism in the UK, working closely with the police and security services. The office reports to the Home Secretary and Minister of State for Security and Counter-Terrorism 

OSCT has asked Capgemini for advice to develop a realtime dashboard for strategic command. In case of a real threat command needed real time intel for adequeate decision making. My role was to decide which technical solution was the best to offer.

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) is the border control agency of the British government and part of the Home Office. It was formed as an executive agency on 1 April 2008 by a merger of the Border and Immigration Agency (BIA), UKvisas and the Detection functions of HM Revenue and Customs. The decision to create a single border control organisation was taken following a Cabinet Office report.
Over 23,000 staff work for the agency, in over 130 countries. It is divided into four main operations, each under the management of a senior director: operations, immigration and settlement, international operations and visas and law enforcement.[3]
Due to a lack of adequate intelligence, the agency was not capable to work effectively. 
Capgemini started in the beginning of 2010 a pilot with Palantir to enhance the effectiveness of intelligence. We implemented Palantir and were able to produce good analysis of human trafficing. We trained several intelligence officers.

In 2017 Antoine was asked to write the cybersecurity strategy for the Ditch Cybercommand by General Elanor Sullivan and Antoine played a important part in Cyber defence and offence. Since then Antoine adviced many ministries; State Department, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health, Dutch Intelligence. But also in other sectors. His current postion is member of the cyberdefence of Toyota Industries
