Develop a commercial strategy for the further development of one of India's major private ports: commercial analysis on food processing cluster, heavy engineering, offshore industry, power generation and steel manufacturing. • Brazil: (1) co-lead on the container market study for a greenfield port development with the aim of providing terminal operators and shipping lines insights in the Brazilian container market. (2) Drafting a market analysis for the further development of a brownfield port in the Northeast of Brazil.

General:
• Economic analyses: conduct cargo forecasts, analyses of individual cargo segments and analyse the impact of economic development on trade per region and industry.

• JV-establishment: analyses for potential cooperation in port development- and management for ports in Turkey, Slovenia, Greece, Myanmar and Africa. 

• Marketing: coordinating fairs and events and develop marketing products for Port of Rotterdam, its joint venture port in Brazil, Porto Central and future potential joint venture ports.
