Captured requirements and enhancements during demo's and conversations and discussed that with the ServiceNow Product team and the app developer to incorporate this in a SoW for budget approval.

Solutions Architect - BD & Strategic Alliances 

In my role as Technical Sales Engineer I am responsible for the support of partners and customers during pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities in the BeNeLux, Nordics and UK&I region.

Work closely with our Sales team, qualify sales opportunities from a technical perspective, present solutions, gather customer requirements and design the architecture to include in quotations.

Act as a technical focal point in managing communications with partners, to deliver the right messages and to receive the feedback from the field to forward to Engineering and Research.

Follow up with customers for resolution of issues or new feature requests, interacting internally with Research & Development where needed.
