The Canvas is an innovative framework to assess and bring about positive ways of working. It is more than a tool and provides a culture blueprint to increase clarity, facilitate alignment and uncover areas for development. 

It begins with mapping your existing culture, defining the target state and finishes by identifying gaps and planning for interventions.

As a certified practitioner, I use the Culture Design Canvas sometimes stand-alone and sometimes in conjunction with personality profiling to drive powerful transformation within teams and organisations.
