1/ Optimized profile:

I have optimised my LinkedIn profile for my Target audiences
( Headline, cover, featured section, about section, role)

So when they visit my profile, in just a few seconds, they get clarity on these 3 things

→ who I help and
→ what they can expect from me.

If my profile is not clear on these 3 things, they are not gonna take any action.

2/ Strategic Content:

Only posting is not enough, what you are posting matters. I post
7 times a week

3/ Use Data:

I ask: Which stage does this serve?
Awareness, consideration, or decision.
If it doesn’t move someone closer to working with me, it’s out.

Step 2: Check for lived proof.
Have I done this?
Seen it work?
Applied it with a client or in my own business?
If it’s just theory, it doesn’t get posted.

Step 3: Run the “today” test.
Is this a problem my ideal client is actively dealing with right now?
Not “nice to know.” Not “interesting.”
Urgent.

Step 4: Offer alignment test.
If this post has nothing to do with:
 • my freebie
 • my service
 • my offer ecosystem
I rethink it.
Content shouldn’t be random. It should quietly point somewhere.

Killing the bad ideas is only half the battle. 

Making the good ones perform is the other half.

Seeing someone you love finally get something they’ve wanted for that long feels really good.
 
It’s calm.
 
It’s genuine.
 
It works.

Now, to be clear.

He actually likes a PS5.

Actively.

Passionately.

I knew this.

I acknowledged this.

I still bought the guitar.

And somehow, within minutes, he looked genuinely happy.

Which tells me 2 things:

One, he has excellent coping skills.

Two, I will not be buying a PS5 anytime soon.

Happiness achieved 🥰

The best stories do.

Portfolios are helpful.

They tell me:

what tool you opened

what font you like

and that “the client loved it”

Stories are helpful in a different way.

They explain why something worked,

or why it almost didn’t.

Both are useful.

One just happens to be useful when the project stops being fun.

Tell me that’s not what’s happening right now.

People aren’t building authority, they’re standing next to it.
 
Hanging out in viral comment sections like “wow this really resonated” 

and hoping proximity does the work.

The phone booth part absolutely sent me.
 
Hiding for 20 minutes just to come back out like “yeah I was with her” is 

peak LinkedIn energy.

That’s posting one mid take, going silent, then reappearing when it 

gets traction like “grateful for this convo”
 
Sir. You just woke up.

We don’t have paparazzi anymore.
 
We have notifications that look impressive but mean nothing.
 
We don’t have Britney Spears.
 
We have whoever went viral this week.

Everyone loves to pretend this platform is about merit and “adding value.”
 
But attention has always followed timing, proximity, and audacity.

Kim didn’t scam the system.
 
She understood it early 💅

LinkedIn didn’t invent clout chasing.
 
It just made it corporate, polite, and very good at pretending it’s 

about thought leadership.

Anyway.
 
This explains a LOT about the feed.

The brain treats stories like simulations, not information.

Which explains a lot about the internet.
That’s why platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook don’t reward “good points.”
They reward felt experiences.
Your brain doesn’t scroll asking, “Is this accurate?”
It asks, “Can I step into this for 5 seconds?”

That’s why:
A 20-second story beats a 2,000-word breakdown
A messy POV beats a polished explanation
A face + a moment beats a slide full of logic
Those feeds aren’t optimized for knowledge.
They’re optimized for mental rehearsal.

Every time someone watches a story-based post, their brain runs a tiny simulation:
 “What would I do?”
 “How would I feel?”
 “Have I been here before?”
Facts don’t trigger that loop.
Stories do.

That’s also why:
Educational content gets saved
Story content gets shared
Emotional content gets replayed

Social media platforms don’t win because people are shallow.
They win because the brain prefers practice over theory.
Reading facts feels like work.
Watching a story feels like living.

If your content doesn’t create a mental simulation,
the feed treats it like background noise.
And the brain agrees.

Stop chasing what worked for them.
Start on the story you’d still tell if no one shared it.

This is the nightmare nobody likes to name:

You do the work.

You hit the targets.

You show up every day.

Remote work sells freedom.

But too often, it runs on silence and disposable trust.

Let’s be blunt.

This isn’t about being “lean.”

If you’re building remote teams, audit your systems before they audit you.

If you rely on remote talent, stop pretending risk only exists on one side.

Remote work doesn’t fail because it’s global.

It fails when power is invisible, fast, and unchecked.

Because it’s way easier to:
-think about what you’d say
-rewrite it in your head

-and then never say it at all

Like mentally composing a text for 3 straight days
 
and then just… not sending it.
There’s a lot of “I’m working on it” energy.
 
A lot of drafts.
A lot of almosts.


The actual growth part is just sitting there like,
“Hey. Whenever.”

Content doesn’t work in your head.
It works when it leaves your head.
That’s literally it.

You don’t need to do more.
You just need to stop keeping everything to yourself🔥
