Having started my first business at 17 helping women in business navigate the male dominated world of cars I went on to form a teenage events company and I had my first successful exit pre-university which helped buy the beers!
At uni I studied the family trade of property and the day I left I founded PCPL which over the subsequent decade saw me project manage over £300mn of super prime London property with a brief foray into Brazil, Switzerland and Sweden for my clients too.
Having honed my management and leadership skills and learnt first hand from some incredible clients like the Barclay Brothers, Robert Agostinelli and Unibet founder Anders Strom there was one problem, I hadn't been able to scratch my creative and tech nerd itch.
I made a big decision to shift path and Co-Founded Walktrue with my work-wife Ben Collins. 7 years on that has grown into TrueGroup and we have secured multiple awards around the world and worked for some incredible clients across branding, design, websites, video, virtual and augmented reality. It continues to be an amazing journey pushing marketing and technology forward.
My next interest is platforms and products, while TrueGroup is growing Ben and I are investing in and development new platforms to expand the business and feed our interests.
Outside of work my first passion is vehicles, from a small classic car collection to restoring a vintage vespa by hand with plenty of F1 in the mix.

•  Oversight and leadership of the Creative Department, ensuring all projects are consistently on time, on budget and (most importantly) meet the high creative standard expected by our clients

•  Working alongside the Strategy Department to lead the development of pitches, selling in channel agnostic ideas to new and existing clients to grow the agency

•  Creation of agency thought leadership initiatives, award entries and case studies

Highlights include:

UEFA: Pitch and activation of an influencer led brand campaign for the Europa League for four seasons, breaking multiple effectiveness records in the process. Also helped launch a new European football tournament

Secret Cinema: Acquired work through personal network and then led their rebrand, from strategy to toolkit design. Went on to support their marketing team with creative for a number of titles, including the sold-out Stranger Things production

TeamViewer: Pitched and delivered an over-arching partnership platform idea which we then rolled out across their Mercedes AMG F1 and Man Utd Partnerships

Bridgestone: Delivery of two Olympic platform campaigns, starting in Rio 2016 and continuing to present day

Kia: Pitched and delivered multiple campaigns for their title partnership of the Australian Open tennis and the LEC - a League of Legends esports tournament

• Came up with lots of ideas for a range of clients, mostly for social media

• Creative guardian and lead designer for the agency’s roster of clients and owned IP
• Responsible for managing output, growth, P&L and team of three other designers
• Grew and nurtured a studio of creators that expanded the creative capability of the department to offer video production and editing, photography, illustration, experience design, web design, set design and teams of up to 40 creative volunteers per festival

Coca-Cola: Pitch and delivery of Coke’s London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay activation 

Burn: Delivery of their Sochi Winter Olympic Games and Lotus F1 partnerships, including the development of global toolkits
