2. - 8% FY'13 to +19% FY'14 to 4Cr MoM progressed degrowing Indirect Trade in the State  by driving engagement initiatives like Chennai 375, Healthy Nation Healthy Home. 

3. Grew Q1'16 business by 22% to 7 Cr MoM increasing National Chains Fillrate to 85% (62% RR) by creating mandated stock holdings on both tier 1 and long tail selections.  

4. Built "Scholl" Foot care brand from scratch to 4 laks per month in chennai by taping all cosmetic & shoe centers in Metro cities and set a viable for business model which is implemented across pan India.

My 1st business exposure was at 8th standard / aged 12, where I built a fancy fish breeding business bootstrapped to a value 5k which took care of my tuition expenses.

My recent journey as Co-Founder of Zupain has established me as a strategic growth expert, where our team's efforts have successfully bootstrapped the company to a ₹4 Million revenue milestone. Our platform has empowered over 4000 social sellers, demonstrating our commitment to innovative, AI-integrated business solutions. After 19 months of hustle, I made an exit as a co-founder at Zupain.

Previously, as Associate Director at Saveo.in, our team scaled the business by an impressive 60X within a year to 72 million per month as sales , showcasing my strategic thinking and key account management skills. Through optimizing end-to-end processes, from sourcing to supply chain management, we've demonstrated a steadfast dedication to operational excellence and delivering substantial business growth.
