Before starting Paramark, I spent the last decade leading growth and marketing teams at fast-growing companies like Dropbox, Pilot, Magento, and BILL.

During that period, we evaluated hundreds of martech tools and, for the most part, were sorely disappointed. Here's why. We found few solutions that could handle the needs of fast-growing marketing teams. They were either incomplete, hard to use, or claiming things that were just flat-out wrong!

This trend is especially true for marketing analytics. Synthesizing and analyzing marketing data to understand effectiveness should be a solved problem. After speaking to hundreds of marketing leaders at some of the fastest growing companies, I was honestly surprised that the truth is far from it. Understanding and communicating the return on marketing investment continues to be one of the top challenges for marketers.

That's why we decided to build Paramark. Our goal is to help fast-growing marketing teams measure and forecast the impact of their investments, unlocking sustainable growth.

As a dedicated and goal-oriented professional, I bring over a decade of experience in customer support, operations, global team leadership, and project management. My career is defined by a steadfast commitment to excellence in fostering customer-centric environments and driving business growth through strategic innovation and team development.

My journey with companies like Bill.com (now BILL) and Invoice2go has equipped me with a deep understanding of the SMB landscape, particularly in the construction and outdoor services sectors. I've successfully navigated the challenges of mergers and acquisitions, demonstrating adaptability and skill in integrating diverse teams and processes. At BILL, I led initiatives that significantly contributed to the company's success, including spearheading migration sales efforts that generated over $1.7+ million in monthly TPV.

I excel in identifying and implementing process improvements, technical enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. My expertise in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Productboard and Tableau, combined with my ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, makes me an asset in any dynamic business environment.

My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to customer advocacy and the development of delightful customer experiences that enhance loyalty and revenue.
