It’s been one full year since I stepped out of my corporate job.

I still remember the jitters on that day.
No roadmap. No team. Just a belief that AI was going to change the way we work, and I wanted to be part of shaping that change.

Starting UpYourMarketing.Ai was both thrilling and terrifying.
Would anyone come? Would anyone pay?

I still remember asking ChatGPT’s how to register a company and wondering if I am making a huge mistake.

And yet, a year later…

I’ve taught at ISB and Vedika.

When I pause to look back, it’s a mix of disbelief and gratitude.

And somewhere along the way, this introvert learned to stand in front of rooms full of strangers from CXOs to freshers for seven hours straight and hold ground.

2026 is when I take it bigger.
But for now, just gratitude. For every person who showed up, believed, and helped this journey find its wings.

I was working with a group from multiple companies. Instead of the usual demo → practise → Q&A flow, we decided to flip the script. We ran a full Capstone-style live project, just like you would in a real organisation.

For a long time, it looked like Google had lost its rhythm in AI.

1. Google has started releasing models that finally feel cohesive and powerful. Not just faster models, but models that work across text, image, code, reasoning, and video with surprising consistency.
It feels like the Google that used to set the benchmark is slowly returning.

2. Then there is nested learning, a concept most people have not fully understood yet.
It allows models to learn inside structured loops, refine their own outputs, and handle complex tasks without falling apart.
It is subtle but this will unlock entire classes of multimodal applications that were impossible even a year ago.

Search. Maps. YouTube. Gmail. Workspace. Android billions of people interact with these products every day, generating the kind of real-world signals that AI thrives on.
Most companies would dream of one such dataset. Google has an entire universe.

5.Add to that the ability to push AI updates to billions of users in a single rollout.
This is not a luxury OpenAI enjoys today.

6. And finally, the part everyone forgets.
Google has enormous cash reserves and the ability to invest at a scale that is difficult to compete with.
That kind of firepower buys time, compute, and breakthroughs.

So when people ask me whether Google is “back”, my answer is simple.

Google never left. It was building.
And now we are starting to see the outcome of that patience.

The race is far from over.
But Google looks ready for the long run.
