5. Once agreed on the message and the targeting strategy, I manually start hitting targets with that message with your LinkedIn profile, reaching out to them as you.
6. We talk every week to see what is working and change what is not working.
7. We iterate consistently until we have a 10%+ meeting rate on messages sent and are always having quality meetings likely to turn into revenue or funding.

Forget Bitcoin – Its price is down 1% year to date.

There's a chain with better tech that just 10X in 1 month.

Zcash has exploded back into relevance after almost a decade in the shadows.

Not because of hype.

Because the market is waking up to something we’ve ignored for years — real privacy built directly into the chain.

Zcash looks and feels like Bitcoin on the surface.

Same fixed 21M supply.

Same Proof-of-Work foundation.

Same “hard money” ethos.

But underneath it runs something Bitcoin doesn’t have:

Native zk-SNARKs that make transactions fully shielded when users choose to.

That means sender, receiver, and amount are hidden on chain.

And this matters now more than ever.

• Europe is tightening surveillance.
• US regulators are circling privacy tech.
• Users are increasingly shifting toward tools that protect their data.

That’s why shielded transactions have been climbing.

That’s why Zcash integrations across mobile wallets and cross-chain bridges have suddenly accelerated.

And that’s why investors like Arthur Hayes publicly call it “encrypted Bitcoin.”

But here’s the uncomfortable truth.

Better tech does NOT automatically win.

Zcash still faces real structural weaknesses:

→ It’s not listed on many major CEXs.
→ On-ramps and off-ramps are limited.
→ Wall Street doesn’t treat it as digital gold.
→ There are no ETFs, no DATs, no institutional distribution rails.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin dominates all of these.

Not surprisingly, Zcash’s $8.5B market cap is tiny next to Bitcoin’s $1.9T.

A large gap that exists largely because distribution, access, and recognition still work against Zcash.

Yet people forget that Bitcoin once had the exact same limitations.

In its early, it wasn’t listed anywhere.

No liquidity, no custody, no regulatory recognition.

Yet it still broke through.

If this cycle proves anything, it’s that ZK-powered chains are entering their moment.

Privacy isn’t the enemy of regulation.

It’s the next chapter of crypto.

And Zcash is suddenly back in the conversation as the first real test case.

Public blockchain data was never supposed to be a feature.

It was a workaround.

A temporary artifact of not having better tools.

Early blockchains had to expose everything because it was the only way for the network to verify the state.

Everyone had to see everything so consensus could work.

But that design came with a hidden cost:

→ Your salary
→ Your portfolio
→ Your transactions
→ Your trading strategy

All visible to everyone.

This wasn’t “radical transparency.”

It was a limitation of 2009 cryptography.

And now that limitation is finally breaking.

A new generation of privacy-preserving technologies is emerging that keeps the rails public while the data becomes encrypted by default.

→ ZK (zero-knowledge) proofs let you verify claims without exposing the inputs.

→ MPC (Multi-Party Computation) lets multiple participants collaborate without revealing anything to each other.

→ FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption) lets smart contracts compute on encrypted data without ever decrypting it.

Meaning encrypted trades, liquidity, and balances are all computed but never revealed publicly.

This is not a small upgrade.

Encryption lets ETH, L2s, and chains like Solana keep their consensus engines exactly as they are, while transforming what happens inside the smart contracts.

→ For Ethereum, it means DeFi can evolve into private trading, private lending, private market making.

Without MEV extraction or leaking strategy to competitors.

→ For L2s, it introduces a new differentiation layer.

Not faster blocks, but encrypted execution environments that feel like running private apps on a public network.

→ For Solana, it means high-throughput apps can keep their speed.

While removing the data-leakage that scares institutions away.

And across every existing chain, it unlocks:

→ Dark pools without frontrunning
→ Payroll without exposing salaries
→ Regulated assets with selective visibility
→ Corporate accounting without leaking financials

This is the crypto version of the shift from HTTP to HTTPS.

The rails stay open.

The consensus stays public.

But the data finally becomes private.

And this is what unlocks mainstream adoption.
 
Because the 99% of global finance and enterprise workflows could not touch blockchain before due to privacy concerns.

Michael Saylor’s Strategy is now under the threat of being DELISTED.
 
And that alone could unleash up to $11.6B in forced liquidations.

Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) is the world largest Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) company.

• Trades at 0.9× mNAV
• Holds 649,870 BTC worth ~$54B
• Its stock is already down -43% year-to-date

So how did the strongest BTC balance sheet in the world end up in this position?

It all started with Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI).

One of the most influential index providers on the planet.
 
Their classifications dictate how trillions in passive capital move.

And MSCI is now questioning whether Strategy should be treated as a Digital Asset Treasury vehicle instead of a normal operating business.

If that sounds technical, here’s the simple truth:

↳ If MSCI reclassifies Strategy, it gets kicked out of multiple MSCI indices.
↳ And every passive fund tracking those indices is forced to sell.

JPMorgan analysts estimate $2.8B in immediate outflows if MSCI removes it.

And if Nasdaq, S&P, and Russell follow the same logic, another $8.8B of selling could hit.

Pushing the total potential sell pressure to $11.6B.

This is why the entire industry is paying attention.

Because this isn’t about Strategy alone.

It’s about whether companies holding BTC at scale will continue to be allowed inside mainstream financial benchmarks.

So what's Strategy's response?

Saylor pushed back instantly:

• Strategy is not a trust, fund, or holding company
• It’s an operating firm with $500M revenue software business
• Bitcoin is only a form of “productive capital” as a part of its treasury strategy

But index providers don’t move on belief systems.

They move on categorization.

And right now, Strategy no longer fits neatly in theirs.

This moment will decide something far bigger than one ticker:

→ Will corporate BTC treasuries be recognized as legitimate business strategy?
→ Or will they be pushed out of major indices and treated like investment vehicles?

The next MSCI update will shape that answer.

And billions of BTC flows depend on it.

We all talk about stablecoins as the next big meta in crypto.

But there’s another 100x opportunity still dormant.

Stablecoins already proved their point.

They surpassed $300B in market cap.

They settle more volume annually than VISA.

They have clear product-market fit across CEXs, DeFi, payments, remittances, on/off ramps, etc.

But tokenized equities?

They’re still sitting under $1B onchain.

That’s nothing.

The US equities market alone is worth well over $60 TRILLION.

So even a tiny slice migrating onchain — 0.5%, 1%, 2% — would mean hundreds of billions flowing into tokenized assets.

This unlock is massive.

When equities live natively onchain, they’re no longer trapped inside siloed brokerage accounts.

They become liquid, portable, programmable assets that can move freely across networks.

→ You can fractionalize or bundle them.
→ You can plug them into automated strategies and routing systems.

It also transforms market structure itself.

Capital becomes far more efficient because it no longer sits frozen in multi-day settlement cycles.

And liquidity becomes deeper because assets consolidate on shared onchain rails instead of being fragmented across dozens of brokers and venues.

Equities going onchain one day will be bigger than stablecoins.

Many teams tried to build decentralized social networks.

Yet NONE of them escaped the gravity of web2.

For the last 4.5 years, Farcaster, Lens, friend dot tech and others tried to answer the same question.

Can you rebuild Twitter and Instagram onchain and get people to actually move there?

Farcaster went the furthest:

• Raised $100M from VCs
• Attracted top crypto natives
• Shipped a sufficiently decentralized protocol

On paper, they had everything a decentralized social network needed to break out.

Yet its Co-Founder and CEO Dan Romero just admitted the uncomfortable truth almost every SocialFi team avoids.

After years of shipping, iterating, and pushing growth, the social graph still didn’t scale.

The feed didn’t go mainstream.

The user base never escaped the early-adopter bubble.

Translation: they never found product-market fit.

So now Farcaster is pivoting away from the social-first strategy and prioritizing a wallet instead.

Ironically, the wallet category is already brutally competitive.

Coinbase Wallet (Base), MetaMask, Phantom and others dominate the market with far deeper distribution and trust.

If building a decentralized social network was a steep uphill climb.

Then going head-to-head with the largest wallets in crypto might be an even harder one.

But the real lesson is bigger than Farcaster.

Crypto crowd never liked X, Meta, LinkedIn and every web2 platform for years.

We talk about censorship, centralization, and owning your data.

Yet when given real Web3 alternatives, hardly anyone moves.

Because network effects don’t bend to ideology.

• Your distribution is still on X.
• Your audience is still on LinkedIn.
• Your conversations are still on Instagram and Telegram.

Decentralized social platforms never accumulated the liquidity of attention required to compete.

And without that liquidity, nothing scales.

Whether we like it or not, the world still runs on centralized feeds.

And decentralized social is still looking for its first real breakout moment.

Tether's solvency is being questioned again.

Traders say a BTC and gold price crash could wipe out its equity.

Here’s what’s actually going on.

Tether’s latest disclosures show about 77% of reserves in cash and cash equivalents.

Think short term T-bills, repos, bank deposits.

The boring, low risk stuff.

The remaining 23% sits in a risk bucket:

• Gold.
• Loans.
• Bitcoin.
• Corporate debt.
• And a vague “other investments” line.

On paper, Tether has a roughly $6–7B equity cushion on top of all USDT liabilities.

At the same time, its combined gold + Bitcoin position is over $20B.

Arthur Hayes dug into those numbers and made a simple point.

If BTC and gold fall roughly 30–40% from here, the mark to market loss on that bucket alone would be large enough to wipe out Tether’s equity.

At that point, USDT would be balance sheet insolvent on paper, even if redemptions kept working in practice.

That is the core of the “Tether is insolvent” narrative.

Now zoom out.

A few things can be true at the same time.

→ Tether is extremely profitable from its Treasury book.
→ Owners could, in theory, inject more capital if needed.
→ It has survived multiple stress events and large redemptions already.
→ USDT has very sticky demand across CEXs, perps markets and emerging markets.

So do I think Tether blows up tomorrow?

Probably not.

For a true run to break USDT you would likely need both:

1. A sharp crash in BTC and gold that nukes the equity cushion.
   
2. And a huge wave of redemptions that drains most of the 77% cash equivalent buffer.

That kind of double tail event is possible, but not very likely.

The real issue is the incentive structure.

Tether is taking a directional bet.

Rotate out of T-bills as rates fall.

Rotate into BTC, gold and other higher beta assets.

Capture upside on the house balance sheet.

If it works, Tether wins.

If it fails, USDT holders (aka you and me) are the ones underwriting the risk, even though they never share the upside.

Under the new U.S. GENIUS Act, a stablecoin is supposed to be backed 1:1 with dollars and true cash equivalents like short term Treasuries.

No big buckets of BTC, gold or opaque loans.

On that score, Tether in its current form would NOT qualify.

In plain English, Tether is:

• Exposing you to unnecessary risk to make more money on BTC and gold.
• Sharing exactly ZERO of that upside with you.

That risk is not systemic in my view.

But it is clearly NOT zero either.

So if you are comfortable underwriting that non-zero risk for the liquidity and convenience, you hold USDT.

If you are not, the market gives you plenty of more conservative alternatives like USDC.

The most important report on institutional L2 adoption just dropped.

Here are the key 8 insights that you need to know:

1/ L2s are shifting from retail casinos to financial infrastructure.

Capital, stablecoins and transaction volume are concentrating on a small group of L2s.

These chains already process the majority of L2 economic activity.

If you're an L2 without a clear institutional role, you're already behind.

2/ Most L2s still run on training wheels, and institutions notice.

Centralized sequencers control execution on nearly every L2 today.

Upgrade timelocks remain short, and emergency pause switches are still common.

For serious money, the real question is:

Who can stop this chain, and how fast?

3/ Ethereum data availability remains the institutional anchor.

Posting data to Ethereum gives L2s its security guarantees and its regulatory familiarity.

Alt-DA and validium designs reduce cost but introduce trust assumptions around committees, operators, and custody.

Institutional risk teams don’t ignore those assumptions.

4/ The L2 map is crowded, but the institutional shortlist is not.

There are more than 100+ rollups, yet institutional attention clusters around a few: 

• Base
• zkSync
• Arbitrum
• Some OP Stack chains

Those with transparent risk models, verifiable metrics, and clear decentralization roadmaps get the attention.

5/ Governance is now part of the L2 product.

Risk committees, upgrade frameworks, and public incident playbooks are becoming mandatory.

Banks and asset managers evaluate governance as seriously as throughput or fees.

6/ Fragmentation is the biggest operational risk for institutions.

Every new L2 adds another bridge path, exit window, gas token and settlement flow.

Institutions don’t want 50 isolated environments.

They want one unified settlement fabric that behaves predictably across the stack.

7/ Winners blend credible neutrality with compliance-ready design.

Chains that inherit Ethereum security while exposing clear monitoring, analytics and compliance layers look the most ready for RWAs and payments.

Pure degen chains or fully permissioned setups lose long-term relevance.

8/ Ethereum’s roadmap is effectively the L2 roadmap.

EIP-4844 already cut DA costs by ~90%.

Future upgrades around data sampling, proof verification and light-client security compound these gains.

Rollups aligned with Ethereum will benefit from institutional adoptions.

Whereas those drifting away only increase their risk and cost.
