This is what you and I will do.

1. You and I will have an interview. I will ask questions over the call. You will answer them immediately over the same call. I will listen quietly and take notes.
2. We pre-select and approve an initial list to reach out to.
3. We pre-approve a message for sending.
4. You share the login details of your LinkedIn profile with me after turning off 2-factor authentication.
5. Once agreed on the message and the targeting strategy, I manually start hitting targets with that message with your LinkedIn profile, reaching out to them as you.
6. We talk every week to see what is working and change what is not working.
7. We iterate consistently until we have a 10%+ meeting rate on messages sent and are always having quality meetings likely to turn into revenue or funding.
8. Speed of iteration is key for both of us to succeed

The price for this is €2,000 (euros) a month. Paid at the start of the month before work starts.

7Sounds (Now Talentube) is an online talent discovery and monetization platform for independent musicians industry in India.

Founder

This was a telecommunications business unit position and I worked with AT&T in St.Louis and Cable & Wireless in London, UK during this 20 month stint.

I led an interdisciplinary and cross-functional team of 7 people working on mission critical projects for AT&T in St.Louis. I was responsible for business development, SLA compliance and product re-engineering.

After the AT&T project, I relocated to London, UK and led a team responsible for systems migration for Cable & Wireless' latest acquisition of a local telecommunications company called Bulldog.

During these 6 years I progressed from being a software engineer to a project leader. I led multiple teams of various product development cycles in the area of automotive, life sciences and semiconductors and nanotechnology. I was responsible for software design , delivery management and customer relationship management.

Most of the projects focused on device driver/communications software and data analytics. 

As a software engineer I developed expertise in device communication, design patterns and software development methodologies such as Agile processes. Later on as a team and project leader I was responsible for teams of varying sizes from 3 to 6 engineers.  

At Core Objects, I founded Jidnyasa, a e-magazine and a technical forum aimed at promoting information exchange across various business groups.

As the Head of Engineering at Mahindra Finance my primary responsibility is to oversee and lead all technical aspects of product development and innovation.  I am responsible for strategic planning, setting technical direction, and driving the execution of multiple product road-maps.  I work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and business development, to evolve product road-maps and deliver products that meet company’s business objectives.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, I spend considerable time fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team. This includes mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. I champion the cause of driving technical excellence, ensuring product scalability, reliability, and security, and ultimately contributing to the company's success and growth in the dynamic and rapidly evolving financial technology industry.

I've been an outcome driven CTO at multiple companies prior to my current gig. I champion a forward-thinking culture with a firm belief in process engineering, automation and AI.
