I’m the Founder and CEO at Blockwee, a specialized video content company working with AI and Web3 companies across the ecosystem. Our work helps companies clearly communicate what they are building through product videos, founder led narratives, Event coverage and distribution ready content that earns attention.

Alongside running Blockwee, I actively build and experiment with AI agents. I spend a lot of time designing agents, workflows, and automations that solve real business problems. I document this work publicly by breaking down how these systems are built, the tools behind them, and how teams can actually apply AI inside their businesses. This hands on approach keeps everything grounded in real execution instead of theory.

Recently, I scaled an AI focused content page from 0 to 10,000 plus followers in 30 days and generated over 700,000 views with just 60 posts by sharing how AI agents are actually built. 

My goal is to help founders and teams understand AI in a practical way while continuing to build Blockwee into the go to video partner for AI and Web3 companies that care about clarity, credibility, and long term distribution.

SF is different. I met Alex Xiao here in San Francisco, he’s 19 and already leading growth at Ditto.

I reached out to him. We met. And that conversation genuinely shifted something in me.

A conversation with Emily Fang in San Francisco completely changed how I think about IRL communities in AI...

During my recent visit to SF, Emily Fang, who leads events at Workato, invited me to the Workato office. What started as a casual meetup turned into a really insightful conversation about how the AI ecosystem is evolving.

One idea from our discussion really stayed with me:
As AI tools become easier to build, technology alone won’t be the differentiator anymore. Distribution and community will.

The companies that win won’t just ship great products, they’ll build strong ecosystems around them.

And that’s where IRL communities become powerful.

When builders, developers, and founders come together in person, ideas move faster, collaborations happen naturally, and ecosystems grow much stronger.

Hearing Emily’s perspective on how intentional community building can accelerate innovation was genuinely inspiring.

Grateful for the invite to the Workato office and for such a thoughtful conversation.

It definitely changed how I think about the role of IRL communities in shaping the future of AI.

Curious to hear your thoughts, do you think IRL communities will become one of the biggest drivers of AI ecosystems in the coming years?

I visited 15+ cities in 9 countries last year. Nothing came close to 3 weeks in San Francisco...

Before I flew there, I was scared. I was sitting in India cold DMing founders and AI engineers thinking "these guys won't even reply."

Many did.
I landed and went straight to the Near Conference. Then a VC meetup. Then another event.

And something hit me immediately.

Every single person I spoke to was building something. Not planning. Not networking. Actually building. And they weren't talking about today. They were talking about what the world looks like in 5 to 10 years.

But the best part wasn't even the events.

A friend invited me to crash at his place for a week. Two guys, both from India, both working in AI. Every day, over breakfast, over coffee, over dinner at 11 PM, we just talked about where AI is headed.

Both said the same thing to me: "It's all about the quality of conversations you have here."

In 3 weeks, I didn't have one conversation that wasn't worth listening to. Not one.

I met founders who raised $50M+ and they talked to me like I was one of them. I met a guy who had an idea on Monday and a working product by Wednesday. I sat at a dinner where a founder openly shared two failed startups. Nobody flinched.

I even sat down with someone from the YC video team. One thing he said changed how I think about everything: "Distribution is going to matter more than building in this AI world."

SF didn't teach me new skills.
It deleted the ceiling from my mind.

If you're a builder, a founder, a creator, anyone who is serious about tech or AI, spend at least a month in San Francisco.

Go there to listen. Go there to absorb. Go there to sit in rooms that make you feel uncomfortable because everyone around you is operating at a level you didn't know existed.

For the past year, I kept telling my team: if we do great work, we'll work with the best.

Superteam UAE was always that dream. We studied their videos, their culture, and the way they built through content.

Today, we made a video for them. And it just went live.
