BASIC FUNCTION
Maintains general financial records including data entry for AAE and AAE Foundation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
•	Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling, transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
•	Performs payroll duties timely and accurately.
•	Properly records employee benefits, maintains employee records, and acts as a resource to employees regarding payroll/benefit questions.
•	Assists with the monthly closing cycle, prepares accurate and timely monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
