I help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safe, meaningful, and independent lives—at home and in the community. With extensive experience in care management, behavioral health, and home-care operations, I provide compassionate support while also guiding agencies through the complex steps of home care licensing, compliance, and quality assurance in Pennsylvania.

My work bridges both the human side of care and the technical, regulatory side of building strong, compliant, survey-ready organizations. I motivate individuals to maintain self-care, stability, and community engagement, while offering consulting to new and growing home-care agencies on policies, procedures, EVV, QA systems, and Chapter 611 readiness.
