Embedded in GameChange Coaching Consultancy's-GCCC vision and purpose of building a better world for all, my Associates and I are committed to supporting people, planet and undertaking CSR Projects with NGOs, multinationals and with global coaching bodies such as ICF Global, EMCC Global and EMCC APR. Rooted in our core principle of connecting the dots to coach for change, we serve our clients and the global community with integrity and with added value to all stakeholders.

In the context of current social and environmental challenges, coaching as a developmental process and coaches are well placed to partner with clients to bring change. GameChange Coaching Consultancy is a boutique coaching consultancy headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We have a proven track record of partnering with NGOs who are committed to impact the lives of youths and women through GCCC coaching/training empowerment programs.  We engage in conversations to influence companies and multinationals to bring awareness of their CSR roles and responsibilities within their ESG Strategy. In 2019, we successfully completed a 4 month CSR Coaching Project in partnership with EMCC APR and a Malaysian registered NGO-My Shining Star Foundation, MySSF. This Project's central objective was to empower and coach 17 school attending youths from a socio economically challenged environment. In 2021, we successfully completed a CSR coaching program for 17 Entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Africa in partnership with EMCC Global. For 2023, GCCC is preparing to partner with ICF Global to launch our 3rd SAAS CSR Coaching Project for 30 youths in Care Homes in partnership with the NGO, MySSF and a Dutch multinational.

As the owner and Lead Coach of GameChange Coaching Consultancy and as an experienced Global ICF credentialed executive leadership and team coach, I work with leadership teams to become high performing value creating teams. To acheive this, I partner, facilitate and am a sounding board to them. 

It is the experience gained in my early career in UK's National Health Service where I managed and led multifunctional, multidiciplinary and multisectoral teams that I bring into my current role as an executive and team coach. 

Supporting and developing people in one-to-one or team coaching context is what gets me out of bed! My passion is to support executives and their teams to be the best version of themselves through unleashing their own wisdom and potential. 

It is through my coaching approach, they improve their performance, develop behaviour changes, achieve executive alignment and adopt the mindset to work through a systemic lens to bring business results for their organization.

Pre - School Business Owner 

Following my corporate role in UK's National Health Service, I returned home to Malaysia to review my next phase in life. During that period, I taught in pre-school with the Montessori method and gained a certificate in Smart Reader method of teaching children.
That experience led me to set up and manage a successful kintergarten business. I ran the business with eight teachers in 3 venues and 120 children.

I held a strategic and operational role (Diversity&Inclusivness) in 2 London Health Authorities. As Britain became multiracial with many black and ethnic minority communities living in inner London and with many studies and research indicating two critical issues:
1. The NHS needed to plan, design and deliver an equitable and accessible health provisions. 
2. The employee profile from Board level all the way down to care providers needed to represent the changing and ever evolving multiethnic community whom they were serving. 
The government of the day made it mandatory to appoint a senior leader to bring about a strategy to achieve the above 2 requirements. I held that role and gained experience in change management. As a change agent, I enjoyed the art and science to influence and negotiate leading to implementing change with decision makers and power brokers.
