For decades, I spotted patterns- Treasury patterns. Cash flow trends, risk indicators, liquidity shifts.

What I couldn’t see? 

The patterns unraveling in my own life.

Nearly three decades leading Treasury transformations at Citibank, Bristol Myers Squibb, Conair, and Compaq Capital taught me one thing: When you prioritize people, everything flows.

But when my parents passed (2013, 2021), something shifted. My energy, values, and work felt misaligned. Deep down, I knew I was meant to serve differently—but I did what high-achievers do: pushed harder.

Until 2023, when my body shut down. In that pause, I saw my patterns clearly:

1. Career burnout
2. Compromised relationships
3. Identity crisis

One question underneath: “Who am I when I am not performing for everyone else?”

That question changed everything.

Through my healing journey, I created , “The Midlife Convergence Theory”, a framework for senior leaders navigating the perfect storm where career, relationships, and identity demand attention simultaneously.

I combine transformational coaching, grief support, and energy tools (ThetaHealing, EFT, breathwork) with many more simple but practical micro-steps to help leaders:

• Realign with values and purpose
• Navigate burnout through daily practices
• Process grief with compassion
• Upgrade limiting beliefs
• Restore clarity and confidence

Some of my clients are senior leaders from NYPD, Citibank, and E&Y, from partners to executive coaches, who chose my 1-1 coaching (12-week program) to emerge lighter, empowered, and aligned.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ 

I also create customized well-being workshops for various organizations.
