Katonic was founded in April 2020 with a vision of building a Data Science Platform for the masses that Netflix, Airbnb, Uber, Google and the rest of the big players had been building internally for years. We believe that there are a lot of open-source slim solutions that solve specific problems very well over big suites of tools and big platform solutions and hence have stitched them togeather to offer an end to end Open enterprise MLOps Solution. 

Katonic’s aim is to bring MLOps for enterprises that can’t afford to invest years into a platform and instead want to hit the ML ground running. We believe that data scientists should be empowered to take solutions, ideas and experiments all the way from raw data to production, while having minimal exposure to lower-level infrastructure components. Data scientists should spend their time processing and analyzing data and writing code, not fighting with project environments, containers, and cloud infrastructure.

I’ve spent the last 12 years leading technology functions, helping my customers make smarter technology decisions. My career in corporate techno-sales has spanned cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM modernization, and productivity platforms,  working with customers across industries, scale, and complexity.

At Microsoft India, I currently work in the Public Sector vertical as an Account Strategist handling business for State Govt departments. My role goes beyond sales targets and it’s about being a trusted advisor. I partner with Corporate wings, government bodies and public institutions to shape their digital transformation roadmaps, whether that means moving workloads to the cloud, securing hybrid environments, or modernizing citizen services through ERP and CRM systems.

Over the years, I’ve led engagements that required a blend of account relationship, commercial insight and technical depth:

Cloud Strategy & Transformation: Designing multi-cloud and hybrid adoption frameworks that balance scalability, cost optimization, and compliance. I carry technical depth in 4 hyperscalers including Azure, AWS, GCP and OCI. 

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Advising CISOs and IT decision-makers on threat management, zero trust frameworks, and data governance within regulated environments. This goes deeper in Networking Capabilities, SIEM/SOAR solutions, EDR/XDR solutions and security frameworks that contribute to defense in depth.
