If there’s one thing that’s helped me grow in both areas, it’s this:

- Eating one nourishing meal at a time.
- Moving my body daily, even if it’s just a short walk.

Then by evening she’d ask:

“Should I remove this?”
“Is this silly?”
“Will people think too much?”

Not because the post was wrong.
But because she didn’t feel ready to be seen.

And I get that feeling.
It’s scary to share your story when your work comes from your heart.

So I changed how we did things.

Every week, I sent her simple updates:

❌ You don’t have to be perfect or inspiring all the time
❌ You don’t need to act like someone you’re not

And yes - I prefer calling it “finding my voice” instead of “building a brand.”

Because “brand” feels big and scary.
But your voice?
You already have it, it just needs a home.

So here’s my question for you:

I didn’t realise how much my cycle controls my energy until I finally paid attention.

For so long I kept thinking:

“Why am I so tired today?”
“Why can’t I even write one line?”
“Why do I want to hide from everyone?”
“Why am I suddenly full of ideas the next day?”

I used to judge myself for it.
I used to call myself lazy.
Or unmotivated.
Or “not serious enough.”

But nothing was wrong with me.
My body was just doing its thing
and I was pretending I could show up the same way every single day.

Now when I look back, it’s almost funny:

• One week I feel like I can do everything: work, ideas, cleaning, planning, all of it.
• The next? I can barely reply to messages.
• Another week I just want warm food, quiet time, and soft clothes.
• And then suddenly I’m okay again.

It’s not mood swings.
It’s not laziness.
It’s my cycle.

Once I noticed the pattern, I stopped fighting it.

Now I do whatever matches my energy:

– If I feel alive → I create more
– If I feel slow → I do tiny tasks
– If I feel tired → I don’t push it
– If my period is close → I’m gentle with myself and that’s it

Nothing perfect.
Nothing organised.
Just… listening.

The hard part is not the tired days.
It’s the guilt.
The “I should be doing more.”
The “everyone else is going fast, why am I so slow today?”

But I’m learning.
Slowly.
To let my body lead instead of forcing it into a routine it never agreed to.

How does the way you work look like?

I recently saw something that stopped me mid-scroll.

A tiny yellow line on a video that I was watching, where it said 
“But every fresh start eventually becomes familiarity.”

And I don’t know why.
but it felt like someone gently tapped my shoulder and said,
“Look at your life again.”

Because I’ve always been the person who loves new beginnings.
New routines.
New ideas.
New goals.
New “this time I’ll do better.”

But no one tells you what happens after the newness fades.

Let me tell you what happened to me.

There was a time I used to get excited about the small things 
my morning cup of chai,
quiet walks,
a clean desk,
a message from someone I care about,
a calm evening after a long day.

But slowly…
they just became “normal.”

I stopped noticing them.
Stopped feeling grateful for them.
Stopped seeing how precious they actually were.

And when I saw that line today,
I felt something inside me go,
“Have I been chasing the next best thing
instead of loving what’s already here?”

It made me think about how fast we all move.
How easy it is to forget the beauty we already have.
How quick we are to jump to “what’s next?”
especially in a world that keeps telling us
to grow, hustle, improve, become more.

But maybe the real growth is in staying.
Staying present.
Staying grateful.
Staying aware of the good that already exists.

So today, I did something simple:
I sat quietly with myself.
No rush.
No next step.
Just a moment to see my life with soft eyes again.

And honestly?
It felt like magic, the kind I thought I had lost.

Talking too much about what you sell,
and not enough about who you’re helping.

When I ask founders who they’re speaking to, I often hear 
“People who want to feel better.”
But what does better mean?

→ To one person, it’s sleeping without worry.
→ To another, it’s feeling calm after a long day.
→ To someone else, it’s finding time to breathe again.

That’s who you need to speak to.

Here’s what I’ve learned after working with wellness brands:

1. Don’t just talk about peace.
Show that you understand the stress they live in.

2. Don’t promise big changes.
Help them take one small step that feels possible.

3. Don’t try to sound smart.
Just sound human.

Because people don’t buy products.
They buy comfort.
They buy trust.
They buy the feeling of being seen.

When you stop trying to sell wellness

What’s one thing you wish your audience really understood about your work?

Sometimes I feel like I’m holding more than I can carry.

Not because life is hard
but because my potential feels heavy some days.

There’s this strange pressure that comes when you’re good at what you do:
→ What if I mess it up?
→ What if I miss something important?
→ What if I’m not as capable as people think?

It’s not fear of failing.
It’s fear of not knowing what to do next.

Some days I wake up with 10 ideas.
Other days I wake up with doubts.
Both feel loud in their own way.

And honestly?
Being the strong one can feel lonely too.

But here’s what I’ve learned while building brands for people in the wellness space:

Even the most grounded, calm, sorted people carry heavy things silently.
Even the people who help others need someone to hold space for them too.

For my clients, I get to be that person.
The one who sits with their stories, their thoughts, their fears
and helps them make sense of it all.

I help them slow down.

I help them see what they can’t always see alone.

1. Skip the content hustle, start with conversations

Before your next post, comment on 3 posts in your space.
Not to be seen.
To listen.

Listen to what your audience is actually saying,
what they’re afraid of, what they keep repeating.

Those 10 minutes of listening will give you better ideas
than any brainstorming session ever will.

2. Post only when you have something real to say

Not because it’s Tuesday.

If you post from pressure, people feel it.
If you post from presence, people remember it.

Write one story a week that means something 
your own, or your client’s.
Explain what changed, how it felt, what it taught you.

One post like that can do more for your brand
than five “how to grow on LinkedIn” tips.

3. Keep a simple rhythm

Forget 30-day calendars. Just pick three small habits:
- Mondays - engage
- Wednesdays - write or plan
- Fridays - post or reflect

You’ll be more consistent this way, without the stress.

4. Show the process, not perfection

You don’t need perfect lighting or fancy carousels.

Share how you think.
What you’re learning.
What you’re working through.

That’s what people connect with most.

5. Rest when you need to

Silence doesn’t make you disappear.
Burnout does.

Take breaks. Breathe. Come back when you have something honest to share.
Your calm energy is your brand.

You don’t have to post like a machine to grow.
You just need to post like a person.

it’s just sustainable.
