What I’m noticing is this quiet change in how people scroll.
They don’t stop for the loudest post anymore.

Like: Oh. This sounds like what I’ve been thinking but couldn’t put into words. or
This feels calm. Not rushed. Not trying to impress me.

Because most people are already overwhelmed.

Soft ways I’m prepping for 2026 (after what 2025 taught me)

I’m not rushing into big goals this year.

So I’m easing into 2026 with more care.
Here’s what that looks like for me right now:

👉🏻 I’m reflecting before planning
Letting the lessons of 2025 land
Before deciding what deserves my time next.

👉🏻 I’m choosing how I want this year to feel
More grounded.
More intentional.
Less rushed, but still meaningful.

👉🏻I’m building simple systems that support my life
Not systems that demand more from me.
Just enough structure so my days feel clearer and lighter.

👉🏻I’m being more mindful about where my energy goes
What conversations I say yes to.
What work I take on.
What I allow to wait.

👉🏻I’m giving myself permission to move at my own pace
Some days will be productive.
Some days will be quiet.
Both count.

👉🏻I’m making space for small, ordinary joys
Slow mornings.
Writing without an agenda.
Pausing before jumping to the next thing.

👉🏻Checking in with myself more than my to-do list
Asking, “does this support me?” before saying yes.

I’m learning that preparation doesn’t have to be loud.
Sometimes it’s quiet.
Sometimes it’s gentle.

And sometimes it’s just listening to yourself.

This is honestly the best feeling I’ve had working with clients.

Lately I’ve realised something.
The best feeling isn’t when a post does well. It’s not when someone says great content.

It’s when a client casually says: 
“Honestly, I’m not stressed about LinkedIn anymore.”

And that tells me everything.

LinkedIn is always running in the background. Like a tab that never closes.

It’s the lifestyle people think they’re stepping into.

And this is where a lot of wellness brands get stuck.

They focus only on features.
Ingredients.
Specs.
Benefits.

But people don’t connect to products.
They connect to people.
To how someone lives.
How they speak.
How they show up on hard days, not just good ones.

That’s why personal branding matters so much in wellness.
Not to sell a perfect routine.

The wellness trends I’m quietly noticing for 2026 (from watching brands + people closely):

#1 Nervous system > motivation

Burnout content is everywhere.
What’s changing is how people respond to it.
In 2026, wellness won’t be about pushing yourself to “stay consistent.”

It’ll be about designing life and work so your body doesn’t feel under attack all day.

Brands that acknowledge stress, overload, and exhaustion without shaming people will win attention and trust.

#2. Wellness is moving away from fixing and toward supporting

I’m seeing less interest in “what’s broken in my body” and more curiosity around “what helps me feel steady?”

People are tired of being treated like problems to solve. They want to feel met where they are.

#3. Tech boundaries are becoming practical

Just small choices: Phones outside the bedroom. No scrolling before breakfast. Time offline without guilt.
People aren’t rejecting technology. They’re reclaiming their attention.

#4. Nature is part of daily life again
Not retreats. Not aesthetics.
Just: Sunlight in the morning. Fresh air between calls. Green space as regulation, not luxury.

#5. Wellness language is softening
Fear-based messaging is losing its grip. People shut down when they feel judged.

The brands and voices people trust now? They sound calm. They explain without scaring. They speak like humans.

Wellness in 2026 isn’t louder. It’s quieter. More honest. More humane
And honestly - overdue.

Also, Which of these are you already living without even realizing it?

Things I do instead of doom scrolling on weekends.

Because if I don’t stop myself, I’ll just lie there with my phone, scrolling for no reason and somehow feel worse afterwards.

So lately, I've been trying to catch myself.
I still pick up my phone. Of course I do.
But when I notice that empty feeling, I switch.

Sometimes I just sit with my tea and look outside.
No music. No video. Or no podcast 
Just sitting there.
It can feel strange at first. But honestly then it makes me feel calm and grounded :) 

I write in my notebook.
Not plans. Not goals.
Just whatever is in my head.
Some of it makes no sense. That’s okay.
This makes me feel healed :) 

I go for slow walks.
No counting steps.
No rush. Just walking until my body feels a little lighter.

I clean one small thing.
One shelf. One drawer.
Not the whole house.
Just enough to feel some order.

I cook without checking my phone.
Just cooking.
Feeling the food. Tasting it.

And sometimes, I do nothing at all.
No fixing myself.
No trying to be better.
Just resting.

Scrolling might feel like rest.
But it never really is.
These small things actually help.

What do you do on weekends when you’re not scrolling?

This is what one of my clients said when I started working with her

I don’t jump into content ideas. I don’t ask for hooks. I don’t say “we need to post 3x a week.”
I sit there and listen. For a long time.

A lot of founders don’t need more strategy. They need someone to hold their thoughts steady.

I don’t open a doc and ask,
“Okay, what do we post?”

I ask things like: 
– Why did you even start this? 
– What part of your work drains you? 
– What part still excites you? 
– What do people come to you for, again and again?
– What do you wish your audience understood better?

And that’s the point.
Because most founders aren’t struggling with content. They’re struggling with carrying too much in their head.

Their work. Their clients. Their emotions. Their expectations. Their online presence.
My job is to take that weight off.

To listen closely. To connect the dots. To say, “This.. right here… this is your voice.”

When that happens, something shifts.
They stop forcing posts. They stop second-guessing every word. 

They stop feeling like LinkedIn is another task they’re failing at.

They can show up in their business. And I hold the brand side for them.

Honestly, that’s the best part of my work. Not the likes. Not the numbers.

But watching someone feel lighter because they don’t have to figure it all out alone anymore.

That’s how I start. Always with listening. Everything else comes later.
