In my recent role at Lintkree, my team and I doubled the company's revenue and users in 24 months; helping it achieve a $1.3BN valuation. Prior to Linktree, I've built products for companies of all sizes, from global corporates like Vodafone and Expedia to startups like Airtasker and SocietyOne. 

In my spare time, I give back to the product community by coaching product management at universities, speaking at product conferences, and writing on various product blogs.

I've spent 18 years connecting design to measurable business outcomes. Worked with CEOs through funding rounds that raised $48M. Launched AI initiatives that doubled revenue. Built two side businesses to multiple six-figures working less than 4 hours a week. Led design teams across startups to enterprises in New York, Vancouver, Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney.

I've collaborated with leading agencies including R/GA, JWT, WPP and Clemenger—
advising on product strategy, stakeholder alignment, and high-stakes Fortune 500 
client pitches. This work spans fintech launches, enterprise digital transformation, 
and cross-platform campaigns.

Since 2018, I've taught, mentored, and coached over 10,000 designers through my Maven course, General Assembly, private mentoring, workshops, and speaking engagements. My students and mentees come from Google, Meta, Amazon, DoorDash, LinkedIn, Visa, and Atlassian. Some have gone on to land Lead Strategic Designer and Product Strategist roles.

I experiment with AI constantly - building, learning, and adapting as the technology evolves. AI has unlocked possibilities everywhere I look. I teach designers to build business confidence, spot growth opportunities, and use AI strategically.
