I am thankful for the opportunity where I have had the change to do two business cycles through from 0 to 100 with a profitable exits by the age 25. For now, new seeds are planted to build stronger and more fruitful companies using the knowledge that I have gained from the previous journeys. 

I am in a learning stage of my life where I want to be experience lot of different situation (lows and highs).I am passionate about acquisition (sales/marketing) and willing to learn always new skills to help me and my ventures to be successful.

Saying goodbye to an iconic figure of the car rental industry.

Kevin Hall F Inst TT has attended 37 World Travel Market (WTM) London events — commitment on a level few can match. When you think long-term, you play long-term.

The car rental and wider mobility industry is one of the oldest mobility sectors in the world. And older industries change slowly — sometimes painfully slowly.

A reminder of how far this industry goes back:
• 1916: Joe Saunders rents the first Model T
 • 1912: Sixt is founded
 • 1923: Hertz is established

More than a century later, many legacy brands still rely on systems built decades ago. The engineers who built them are long gone. The infrastructure remains — rigid, fragmented and expensive to maintain. Not all, but most.

And here is the truth many avoid saying:
If you focus early on big players, you must be patient. 

Your real enemy is rarely competition. It is time and cashflow.

If your operations are not sustainable while you build technology for a slow-adopting market, you run out of runway before the industry is ready.

Digital transformation in car rental industry is not a feature update. It is infrastructure change. And infrastructure always changes slower than expected.

Look at other industries:
• Internet adoption took nearly two decades
 • Smartphones took almost ten years to reshape behaviour
 • Airline digitalisation — from e-tickets to kiosks — took over 15 years because airlines, airports and regulators all had to move together

These shifts weren’t slow because technology was slow. They were slow because entire ecosystems had to transform.

The same applies to car rental today.
Systems, hardware, workflows, compliance and people all need to evolve at once. That is why a fully digital rental journey is still new for most companies.

And the gap is widening:
• Customers expect 24/7 digital access
 • Labour costs keep rising
 • Margins are tightening
 • Remote operations are becoming essential
 • Digital channels are the only scalable source of new revenue

Some tools scale fast because they require no infrastructure change.
But digital rentals require the opposite: a redesign of the operational chain itself.

The car rental industry is changing quietly… 
and faster than most operators realise. 

Travel is back but consumers are price sensitive!

UN Tourism reports 1.4 billion international trips in 2024 (99% of pre-pandemic levels) and expects another 3–5% growth in 2025.

IATA forecasts global passenger traffic to rise again at around 5.8% in 2025.

But here’s the twist: customers didn’t return with 2019 expectations.

They returned expecting everything to be digital.
They check into flights on their phones.
They enter hotels with mobile keys (80% prefer this).
They use web apps more than ever (IATA shows a jump from 16% to 19% in one year).

And then they land… and queue at a rental counter.

EU labour costs in services rose 4.3–4.6% year-on-year.

𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞’𝐬 𝐆𝐃𝐏 is forecast at 𝟏.𝟐% 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 and 𝟏.𝟎% 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, while the 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Travel growth will be single-digit overall.

✈️ 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲:
Lufthansa and Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline are scaling back routes across Germany and Europe. American Airlines is suspending transatlantic routes (e.g., 𝐉𝐅𝐊–𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐚, 𝐏𝐇𝐋–𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧) ahead of 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟔. This flight capacity decline is expected to 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝

🚗 𝐎𝐄𝐌𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭:
𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐄𝐌𝐬 like BYD, NIO, and MG Motors are scaling across Europe with aggressively priced 𝐄𝐕 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 models. 𝐁𝐘𝐃 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝟔 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, likely leading to intensified price competition. OEMs such as Volkswagen Group, Stellantis, Ford Motor Company and General Motors will need to increase discounts to meet volume targets next year.

𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 are expected to rise by 𝟑.𝟔% 𝐘𝐨𝐘 in both 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔.𝐒. through 2026. With financing and station/rental costs also climbing, 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 is critical to protect margins

🌏 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚:
Despite pressure in Europe, 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚 is gaining momentum, driven by 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞-𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬, a potential offset to softer intra-European demand.
