Responsibilities

- Driving segment strategy outcomes by partnering with key stakeholders across the industry both internal and external in order to drive segment specific initiatives (e.g. Product, Digital, Marketing, Legal, Risk etc..)
- Support the development and execution of external partnerships (fintech startups and consulting groups). 
-Running scheduled events and key campaigns that drive segment acquisition, deepen existing customer relationships and reduce attrition.

Yesterday’s video dived deep into my Leadership Periodic Table, today, we’re diving deeper into the elements within the layers because in leadership, sequence matters as much as skill.

Leadership isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing things in the right order.

Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t collapse from lack of effort, it collapses when the order is off.

That’s why I built the Leadership Periodic Table, a framework that breaks leadership into layers that stack on each other:

Bottom Layer:
- People: The right people make magic. The wrong ones break million-dollar systems
- Culture: Culture isn’t pizza nights: it’s empowerment, alignment, and shared values.
- Systems: Systems turn chaos into consistency, but only if people actually use them.

Middle Layer:
- Operations: Execution is where leadership becomes visible.
- Stakeholder Influence: Influence is the bridge between knowing and doing.

Top Layer:
- Standards: Standards protect everything beneath them. You can’t hold people to standards you haven’t structured them to succeed within.

Get the order right, and growth compounds.

Get it wrong, and even the best strategy wobbles.

Leadership is built from the ground up, not the top down.

Ask yourself:
👉 Which layer needs your attention before the year ends?
👉 Are you reinforcing your base, or trying to lead from the top?

Techtinkers update November 2025

We officially signed our 7th project, taking us past $1M in booked revenue for FY25/26.

Of those 7 deals, 5 include equity partnerships.

We’re not just building software, we’re building businesses.

The studio is also growing fast:
Dev team is now 5 strong (+ whole Bunch of AI tools)
We are Actively hiring 2 more engineers + a Project Manager

But the headline this month belongs to BiteBro.

We made the decision to go all-in on a Code + Media build, and the result has been insane.

It took my first SaaS business years to reach 2.5k users.

With media as leverage?

We passed it in one month..

Here’s a snapshot of where BiteBro is sitting already:

2,713 total users
1,728 active users (63.6% activation)

On the media side alone this month:
4.9M Instagram impressions
5.2M TikTok impressions
~10 million eyeballs pointed at one product

This is leverage in real time.
