Working as a strategy and engagement manager within the 'Young Adult' segment team (Customers aged 18-29).

Responsibilities

- Driving segment strategy outcomes by partnering with key stakeholders across the industry both internal and external in order to drive segment specific initiatives (e.g. Product, Digital, Marketing, Legal, Risk etc..)
- Support the development and execution of external partnerships (fintech startups and consulting groups). 
-Running scheduled events and key campaigns that drive segment acquisition, deepen existing customer relationships and reduce attrition.
- Orchestrate activity and develop high quality content for senior leader meetings to strategically drive the segment agenda.

The inaugural REB Innovation Awards kicked off in 2025.


We took out Gold for the Most Innovative Residential Buyer’s Agency in Australia, and we were also finalists for Most Innovative Commercial Buyer’s Agency. 

A massive moment for our team.

Yesterday’s video dived deep into my Leadership Periodic Table, today, we’re diving deeper into the elements within the layers because in leadership, sequence matters as much as skill.

Leadership isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing things in the right order.

Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t collapse from lack of effort, it collapses when the order is off.

That’s why I built the Leadership Periodic Table, a framework that breaks leadership into layers that stack on each other:

Bottom Layer:
- People: The right people make magic. The wrong ones break million-dollar systems
- Culture: Culture isn’t pizza nights: it’s empowerment, alignment, and shared values.
- Systems: Systems turn chaos into consistency, but only if people actually use them.

Middle Layer:
- Operations: Execution is where leadership becomes visible.
- Stakeholder Influence: Influence is the bridge between knowing and doing.

Top Layer:
- Standards: Standards protect everything beneath them. You can’t hold people to standards you haven’t structured them to succeed within.

Get the order right, and growth compounds.

Get it wrong, and even the best strategy wobbles.

Leadership is built from the ground up, not the top down.

Ask yourself:
👉 Which layer needs your attention before the year ends?
👉 Are you reinforcing your base, or trying to lead from the top?
