Go-to-market work looks very different than it did even a few years ago. The pace is faster, the systems are more interconnected, and the margin for error is smaller.

I’ve spent much of my career working across CRM, marketing automation, data platforms, and product-led growth. Often this work shows up during moments of scale, transition, or integration. Those moments tend to surface the same questions. What actually matters, what is getting in the way, and what needs to change first.

What I’m most interested in now is how teams make better GTM, data, and automation decisions when real-world messiness, legacy systems, and competing priorities are involved. I enjoy working across sales, marketing, customer success, and product to connect signals, simplify architectures, and bring clarity to complex environments.

Here are the "hacks" smart founders are using to launch faster and leaner right now:
1. The "Shadow Board" Hack ♟️ Don't hire expensive consultants. Create a "Shadow Board of Directors" in your LLM.
The Hack: Create a thread where you assign persistent personas: A skeptical CFO, a visionary CMO, and a ruthlessly efficient COO.
The Prompt: "You are my Board. I am pitching [Idea X]. CFO, tear apart my unit economics. CMO, tell me why this fails to go viral. COO, outline the logistics nightmare."
Why it works: You get 360-degree feedback before you spend a dollar.

Is it just me, or does every morning feel like a race to keep up with a world that’s moving faster than we can think? 🏃‍♂️💨
If you’re feeling a little "AI-exhausted," I want you to know: You aren’t alone, and you aren’t "behind."
We talk about models, agents, and automation, but we rarely talk about the human cost of living in a permanent "Beta" state. It’s heavy. It’s overwhelming to see entry-level roles shifting and middle management being "flattened" by algorithms.
But here is the truth about 2026 that isn't being said enough:
AI is a power tool, but you are the architect.
An AI can draft a 50-page report in seconds, but it doesn't know why the client is frustrated. It can write code, but it can't build a culture of trust. It can analyze data, but it can't feel the "gut instinct" that saves a deal.
