Led team responsible for managing the Rides business in AL, AR, FL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, OK, and TX. Increased regional profitability by developing new product offerings and strategies to accelerate top line growth (premium products, add-ons, pricing strategies), while continuously identifying cost reduction opportunities and acting to address them.

Senior Manager, Head of Gulf Coast Rides

Designed, built, and launched Uber's driver loyalty program, Uber Pro, improving retention and platform efficiency via effective segmentation and meaningful rewards, including free college tuition programs. Designed and executed additional programs to develop deeper relationships with key driver segments and solicit impactful product and program feedback from drivers.

Designed, managed, and executed Uber’s internal process to bring to life a "180 Days of Change" campaign, delivering 38 new driver-facing features and improvements including in-app tipping, paid wait time, and 24/7 phone support.

Drove sustained, rapid growth in the DC market, managing as many as 20 direct reports. Launched and refined uberPOOL in Washington D.C., Miami, Atlanta, and Philadelphia. Built the POOL pricing model, led product testing, and developed playbook to continue scaling POOL to additional markets.

This includes new product conception, definition, launch, and post-launch activities, including increasing the profitability of existing products. Managing products and services through the development cycle as well as working with and influencing sales, marketing, finance, analytics, operations, implementation and product development. Working cooperatively with senior and executive management to achieve revenue and profit goals. Provide end-to-end management support for more complex products or multiple products requiring long term decision making.

Hold product responsibility for CoreLogic’s only B2C product. Lead and manage digital marketing to increase SEO and SEM performance. Create email drip campaigns and consumer touch points to increase client retention and dollars per transaction. Create and implement the strategy and roadmap initiatives to grow revenue from retail and channel partnership sales.


Product Owner of MyRental.com

Boeing - DRT, Inc.

•	PLM of Commercial product line; creating and implementing go-to-market and business growth strategies. As well as customer facing to drive development requirements, product requirements and delivery of roadmap items.
Managing the development tasks and transition-to-production phase of DRT’s next generation of commercial products. 
•	Manage cost, schedule and scope for more than twenty projects, valued in excess of $18M. Maintained open communication with the customer, implementing their feedback.
•	Leading the planning effort for new hardware and software developments that will integrate the latest 3G & 4G cellular formats onto DRT products. 
•	Established new customer relationships, and manage customer requirements to be implemented onto DRT next generation commercial product line. Team lead responsible for expanding product line revenue 300% in one year.


•	Primary contact on current Dept. of Homeland Security program of record that has successfully built and delivered integrated systems on an airborne platform comprised of DRT products. 
•	Created and maintained the company’s Domestic Market Strategy and “Disruptive Technology Capability” roadmap
•	Coordinated program equipment orders and software development from contract receipt through delivery, to include troubleshooting. Daily interaction with the development teams, end user, customer, prime contractor and integration team.
