My work also entails strengthening business Tata Motors Grihini Udyog (a fully women owned and women run/ governed social enterprise that has  550+  employees) and improving governance mechanisms of 13 company promoted Trusts & Societies. 

Am a group resource at Tata Sons, I offer my domain expertise in Disaster Response Programmes, Tata Affirmative Action Programme and Volunteering (Tata Engage).
