I work in internal communications, using communication as a tool to align teams and drive business impact.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of HR, communications, and the business, helping organizations create shared understanding, reduce friction, and turn strategy into action. I’m often brought in when things feel fragmented: messages aren’t landing, teams are working in silos, or leaders want greater clarity and alignment.

I typically step in to own employee-facing communication initiatives end-to-end: from narrative and executive messaging through execution. Especially during periods of change, scaling, or organizational alignment, I'm a great partner to have in your corner.

My passion to discover more about the world 🌎 made me move out of my parents' house in a small town in Mexico (Ocotlán, Jalisco) at 19 years old.

After that, I didn’t stop and have lived in Dubai and Berlin... worked in the most different places and met amazing and inspiring people 🪄

If I could define my thrive in one word it would be "curious" 🧐 always wanting to discover new things and places.

 This has woken up a passion in me... the passion of understanding, cheering and connecting people. 💞
