I care for the project team and will make sure everyone is on board, briefed & motivated. I never lose stakeholders out of sight, I tend to proactively communicate so that all parties are on the same page. When things do not work out as planned or need extra attention, I escalate quickly.

HackWeek is 5-day hackathon for students and early stage startups to find a solution that optimizes the total energy consumption of a Norske Shell upstream facility. 

In only 10 weeks’ time, in my role as (Integral) Project Lead and Host of the week, I:

•	oversaw scouting, led the selection process
•	managed the promotion & external communication
•	managed collaboration and communication with stakeholders and participating teams 
•	with the Events team, I made sure we had a well rounded program
•	acted as Host, making sure the teams knew about the program of the day, answered their  questions & motivated them
•	managed the communication with the experts (Shell & YES!Delft) monitoring the quality of teams' work and progress
•	moderated the event, introduced the pitchers & announced the winners on Demo Day

Results:
- 10 participating startup and student teams during 5-day program
- 5 winning teams of which 2x accelerated access to GameChanger Program and 2x ticket to YES!Delft Validation Lab.
- Made a big impact on the lead generation for and awareness of tech innovation within Shell.

In 5 jaar is abcbijles uitgegroeid tot een gerenommeerde onderwijsorganisatie. Met een landelijk team van duizenden ervaren onderwijzers streefden we dagelijks naar de persoonlijke groei van iedere leerling met geluk als hoogst haalbare doel.

In mijn rol als als mede-eigenaar was ik verantwoordelijk voor de marketingafdeling van abcbijles. Waarin mijn doel was de verbinder te zijn tussen onze onderwijzers en leerlingen die wel een extra steuntje in de rug kunnen gebruiken. Samen creërden wij onderwijs waarin de leerling vragen durft te stellen en deze zelf leert te beantwoorden. Leren leren stond bij ons hoog in het vaandel! Dit zouden wij graag anders zien. Daarom zijn wij de kracht van video gaan bundelen met advertenties om zo uw verhaal zo goed mogelijk te communiceren met de gewenste doelgroep.

Sinds 1937 is NPB Media landelijk actief in buitenreclame. Als partner van gemeenten, als marktleider en als leverancier voor ruim 4000 lokale ondernemers en instellingen in het hele land. Met lichtmastreclame, lokale digitale lichtmastreclame, stadsklokken en rotondereclame. We werken samen met 170 gemeenten, inclusief vrijwel alle grote steden met exclusieve concessies voor het plaatsen van lichtmastreclame. Mijn taak hier was het op de hoogte stellen van potentiële klanten(Lokale ondernemers) van de voordelen van buitenreclame. In mijn tijd bij NPB heb ik geleerd te werken met programma's zoals leaddesk, salestarget en synergy

Official student company that existed to make lifes more convenient and organised. The product (The Organizer) was a premium quality fabric rectangle with compartments which could be used to store your belongings. It was meant for bags and bagpacks and mainly solved the problem of having to search extensively in your back or bagpack for items.

The company made a decent ROI of 20% in its 4 months of active operation. PLOID S.C Was elected "Best student company and student company with the best sales/marketing video" by the Amsterdam School of International Business. 

PLOID S.C was founded by a group of students with the goal of getting more comfortable within the business environment and experiencing the ins and outs of running a company. as a Sales manager I have helped think of marketing strategies, wrote a business plan, created sales pitches, gave a cursus on how to sell effectively, made commercials, constructed a roadmap, researched markets, made market scans, let a sales team and ofcourse sold products. I have also been elected employee of the week.

Active Learning Made Simple (Bewend Leren Makkelijk Gemaakt).

 I became enthousiastic about using physical activities in math and language lessons after my own experience while teaching a 4th grader. I wanted to make it easy for other educators to use active learning effectively in their lessons. This resulted in 42 primary school books, 900+ lessons and more than a thousand teachers that use our practical active learning lessons every week.

We specialize in wrapping subjects like math and language in an engaging active learning lessons. Because the future of education demands it...

As we steer through an era where screens dominate, we confront an educational format largely unchanged since the Industrial Revolution. This stagnation risks stifling the innate curiosity every child possesses. Our mission in Dutch: "De leergierigheid van kinderen behouden en stimuleren." – Safeguarding and enhancing children's natural zeal for learning.

Our overarching vision? "Een sterke fundering van leerplezier en leergewoonten voor iedere leerling ter wereld." – Establishing a resilient foundation of joyful learning and solid educational habits for every student across the globe.

The big hairy goal? 

Address the concerning reality that over a billion students, as cited by the World Health Organization, are alarmingly inactive. Our goal at Fluitend Leren, alongside our partners, is audacious but clear: reset this count to zero by 31st of December 2033.

Our Strategy

At Fluitend Leren, we don't advocate for change, we MOVE the needle. Our approach:

Equip schools and educators with practical tools to weave active learning into their existing education. Without adding to the already overwhelming workload pressures educators face.

The proof? Over 100 schools put their money where their mouth is and have integrated our robust active learning lessons into their weekly curriculums. 

The science is clear on active learning since the 60's. Active learning helps the development of brain cells and pathways in the student brain. It also helps with remembering the learned material long-term. That, Along side the fact that it is also a way more engaging way of teaching, makes active learning a magical tool in the toolbox of teachers.
