Pach Solutions is a go-to-market sales and marketing consultancy  that helps clients build their brands through retail and on-premise. Our clients include  Bacardi, Coca Cola, SAB Miller, Efes Pilsen, JTI, and Heineken.

o	Building leadership skills through assuming ownership for our digital marketing strategy for a brand launch for an FMCG client in Poland. I created and prioritised campaign KPIs for sub-contracted digital agencies that met the expectations of senior partners and the client. This resulted in approximately 200,000 media impressions and 3000 new leads.

o	Conducting user interviews and market research to scope a commercial diagnostic product for consultants to faster identify sales organizational problems for corporate clients. I prioritised user and business goals while recruiting and leading a 3-person technical team over 3 months to create a functioning MVP for senior management. 

o	Cross sold services to existing FMCG clients to hit revenue targets. This accomplished through targeting our existing client Efes Pilsen, to access its Coca Cola bottling business in Turkey. Our efforts resulted in a £150,000 project with the opportunity for a follow-up.
