Hi I'm Željko an entrepreneur on a mission to fire the old way of hiring. Founder of CheddarList and passionate amateur winemaker.

At CheddarList "you're hired" without the tired means that you will escape the hamster wheel of phantom job postings. We believe when people are hired with respect for their time and value, everyone wins.

For both talent and employers, the current hiring process can make medieval torture seem like a Sunday stroll.

What’s my approach?

Listening. 

Because having an unbiased person outside your network who listens is a liberating experience. Talking things through has a magic to it. Just the act of talking and having someone listen is wonderfully restorative.

Because having a depth of experience to share provides a wide base for confidence. When you realize you’re not alone doing anything new, you no longer feel like an imposter. 

Advising.

Because trusted advice provides options for determined decisions. Afraid, confused, intimidated, in fear of making mistakes or what others might think. It can all be debilitating. Good advice based on experience can offer a way out. You’ll no longer be a stranger in a strange land.

Supporting.

Because I know the struggle is real and ongoing. I understand.
