For over 20 years, I have built and led a global executive search business focused on CEO, Board, and senior P&L leadership across the value chain.

At Alcott Global, executive search is our core business and primary revenue engine. We work with Boards and CEOs on leadership appointments where the outcome is enterprise performance, not just role completion.
